We had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms are impeccable, the spa, the pool and the general atmosphere is very relaxing and very welcoming! We liked the service, especially at the bar and the buffet style restaurant La Veranda. The only slight disappointment was the fact that we were not able in 5 days of our stay to book a dinner reservation at Les Fresques. The lady at reception was not helpful at all. Overall, we had a great time at this resort and this little inconvenience did not hinder our vacation. My recommendation for the hotel management would be to have more transparent communication with guests, providing them with suggestions for day trips, local attractions, more dining options and sightseeing.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. We booked a room with lake view and the view was stunning ! Staff were really friendly, spa installations are amazing and free when you booked the room. We had spa treatment and dinner at the Fresque which we recommend !

The view of the lake is amazing. The food was delicious and the staff was great. My wife and I really enjoyed our time at the hotel. It was about an hour away from Morzine but definitely great to come back to after a day on the slopes.

We celebrated birthday and hotel made it really memorable.
