I am very very very unsatisfied with Hotels.com and will never book with them again. They don’t care about their customers.

We absolutely loved our stay! There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The pool & hot tub was the silver lining for all of us! Breakfast, service, & cleanliness was great! The cleaning staff even helped me out tremendously by giving me a large trash bag to transport our wet swimsuits on the long drive home. She really was super sweet & I still say she is an Angel!

The beds in the room were surprisingly comfortable and the suite size was great. The pull out sofa was super uncomfortable and the sheets we were given to use for it were still damp. The indoor pool was small but enough for kids. Breakfast wasn’t great.

The only reason we booked this was for the hot tub and pool. The spa was disgusting and filthy. We got a half hearted sorry. The water was dark and the area around the surround was filthy.

Hotels is very nice. Breakfast was good. We were comfortable and felt safe overall I’d give it a very good rating.

Perfect, everyone was very friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Looked like a nice pool and hot tub but didn’t have a chance to use it. We would definitely stay again

While our room was at least clean, the breakfast was tolerable, rest of our experience was horrible. When we arrive around 7 p.m. the lobby is filled with children/teenagers running all over while their parents sat obliviously in the breakfast room. While we were checking in, we were told the elevator was inoperable until at least the following Wednesday, meaning we had to haul our luggage up 3 flights of stairs (my husband and I are in our 60s. There was no mention of the broken elevator in your description. If we had not booked the $210 nonrefundable stay, I would have canceled immediately. It was a freezing cold night and since our room was directly across from the stairwell, when the door opened to the stairs, the outside exit stairway door was froze OPEN, so not only was minus12 degree cold air was blowing up the stairwell all night, but anyone could come in, as it was not secure! Kids were running up and down the stairs chasing each other until around 11 p.m. During the night when the heat would click off, we woke up several times with a cold draft blowing over the bed because it had come into our room under our door! I definitely would not recommend this hotel. I definitely deserve a refund.

Hotel room was very dirty and out of date. The toilet would spray water out of the side every time someone would flush it. The breakfast was really bad.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was large and clean. The pool and hot tub were warm and clean. The staff was very friendly. They have a manager’s reception Monday through Thursday and offer free drinks. The breakfast had many choices including REAL eggs.

I only have two word to describe my stay. BED BUGS

It looked great in pictures but in actuality, was different.

The property was located in a great area near dining and shopping options. I was traveling with kids so the pool and hot tub were the absolute favorite!

The elevator was out of service for construction. This wasn’t listed on the booking. It wouldn’t have been a huge deal, but according to the employee working the desk, all of the housekeepers were off due to the holiday so the only rooms available were on the third floor. Herded 3 kids under the age of 10 and 3 bags up 3 flights of stairs to the room. There was no apology, offer for reduced rate or other accommodations…I wonder what it would have been like if I needed an accessible room. Overall, the room and lobby were clean and quiet.

The hotel is just average nothing over the top or extremely bad. Just a so-so experience. Front desk was friendly. The walls were thin and neighbors were loud. Walked in on a guest screaming over the balcony about the noise. Yikes!!

We had a visitor ( my grandson) who was I. A wheelchair and the elevator wasn’t functioning

I stay at this hotel at least 1-2 times per year when visiting family. It’s consistently clean, comfortable, and has friendly, helpful staff. This visit, the elevator was out of order, which has not happened before. The front desk staff were able to get us a room on the first floor so we didn’t have to take our baggage up any stairs. We GREATLY appreciated that since we had several boxes of presents for our family.

The management and staff were great. Very pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to see people that actually want to do their jobs

Great stay except for the lack of black out curtains. Why wouldn’t you install those when there are bright signs and street lights that shine through the window.

Clean, easy access to downtown and interstate. Furniture is old, cushions flat and the bed is a bit hard.

Everything at the motel was fine. The staff was very good and courteous.
