Property appeared to be in need of maintenance. Staff was friendly, but seem to be in need of training. Parking was extremely limited.

Compfy space with a home feel

A quick trip but a welcoming staff going above and beyond. Keyona even allowed my daughters to use her phone charger forgetting theirs at home. We will stay here again when in town.

Beautiful property! Great breakfast included. Our room was gigantic - six of us fit comfortably and the beds were awesome! Only negative was the hot tub not being operational, but they gave us a heads up about that, and the pool was extra warm.

I stayed for 2 weeks. The first week the hotel was nice and serbice was good anf my room was always cleaned. I had to stay another week, and changed to the same type of room. When i puuled back the sheet there was a huge, deep hole in the middle all the way down the matress. You fell in the whole. The room looked clean but the bathroom smelled bad. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. During that week, the housekeeper never cleaned my room once. I had to tue off my trash so it didn't spell over. I was gone daily from 8:30am to 4-6 pm, so the housekeeper had plenty of time to clean. I didn't complain. I just know i wouldn't stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here for one night with my husband and 3 teen children. We loved how spacious the room was. It’s hard to find good accommodations as a family of 5. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom shower was nice. And the breakfast in the morning was very good with a variety of foods offered. The staff was also very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Pool area was nasty Hot tube was empty and look like it needed to be cleaned very badly. Pool water was very cloudy. Room was nice Breakfast area nice Food ok Staff very nice Booked room for 5 and only had 3 towels and front desk was out. No soap or paper towels in public bathroom No hand sanitizer in the dispenser through out the hotel. Needs a little TLC and be A great place to stay

Excellent room and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel. Great parking options and close to shopping if you need it.

i was led to believe this place was pet friendly…for a big price! I walked in to check in and they informed me that the pet fee was $75/night…they said I could cancel the reservation and so I did and found a pet friendly hotel that didn’t break my bank!

Hot tub was broke, pool was just shocked so couldn't use. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Overall clean and the hotel was a good value for the price paid.

Amazing help from staff, great food, and pleasant facility

The pool was out of order and the breakfast was out of waffle mix early. The room itself and the environment was good for sleeping.

My only negative would be small parking spaces. Other that that my expectations we high and they delivered. The room was big and the service was great. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very large and nice set up. The breakfast was very good and fully stocked! The staff wasn't very cheerful (front desk) but other than that everything was great!

This facility meet our basic needs, but I was not impressed, given that it had so many excellent ratings. We chose a room that "sleeps 6" but the sofa bed is a single. I opened the sofa bed to find dirt and crushed candy. There was also a small piece of trash on the floor. I had to request a fourth bath towel, as well as the linens for the sofa bed. They are replacing carpet in the hallways. It looks like it is time to mitigate moisture damage in the bathrooms and replace the somewhat beat up room doors. Breakfast was deluxe! First thing in the morning, they were out of orange juice, but, rather than putting up an "out of order" sign, the employee had to deal with emptying the overflow tray repeatedly because guests were dumping the liquid that came out of the orange juice nozzle. I would also pass by the same litter in the hallway multiple times. So, our stay was ok, but a little attention to detail would have projected a greater sense of care and cleanliness.

Staff was great. I wish we had been told that the hot tub is drained. We went for my birthday/couple stay. Was looking forward to the hot tub. There was food dried on the couch throw pillow. Everything else was good. We stay there 2/3 times a year. And we will be back. Just a bit disappointed. The breakfast is leaps and bounds better than any hotel I have stayed in in Mo.

My stay was fine, except for the noise in the hallway. My stay was for a work assignment, and I was working the overnight shift (6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.). The noise in the hallway was due to loud talking by the hotel workers which happened 2 or 3 mornings during my stay. My wife looked in the hallway to see so source of the loud voices and saw that it was the room attendants laughing and talking. I don't believe they were intentionally being loud; but maybe they were not aware that their voices were being heard so easily in the rooms. The only other issue I had occurred on checkout morning. I had requested a late checkout (1:00 p.m.) so I could get a few hours nap after work, before driving home (we drove 2 vehicles so my wife would not be limited to the hotel while I was at work).While I was sleeping the housekeeping attendant knocked on the door; my wife responded and let her know that we had a late checkout and would be leaving around 12:30. My wife had an errand to run and I fell back asleep after the initial knock on the door. I was awakened about 40 minutes later by housekeeping knocking on the door around 10:50. I responded and they left, but i could not fall back asleep after that. If have stayed at this Staybridge suites hotel several times since 2016 for my work assignments, but this is the first time experiencing disruptions while trying to sleep. This experience will not cause me to consider not staying here in the future. My prior stays have all been great.

The staff at the front desk and kitchen were very friendly. Clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast and convenient to Mizzou campus.

Very well kept place! Safe area with lots of places to eat or shop. The Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel! the beds were super comfy. I’d definitely stay there again!

The breakfast and social hour are great! Rooms were clean and staff was nice! Oshae and Robert goes above and beyond for the guests! Also I forget her name but the lovely woman that cooks is as sweet as pie and can really cook! I really enjoyed my stay here!

The smell in the room wouldn’t go away and didn’t wanna be charged for a the smell so I spent all day cleaning it
