This room was in horrible conditions and it smelled like mold. I didnt stay in the room 5 minutes and still had to pay. The conditions were deplorable. This hotel should be condemned.

Staff was very friendly very nice breakfast our air was not working correctly and the clerk moved us immediately. She was excellent. The hotel is getting upgraded but our room was clean and nice

Saw some wildlife in the bathroom.

Everything was run down. The room had a musty smell. We had one towel in the room. Both days, I asked for towels at the front desk, and both days they had zero towels. The hotel had no shampoo as well. Very bad experience. It just seemed like the hotel was very unorganized

It was over all good outside of a couple of small roaches. Might need a good bug spray.

Only one staff member on duty. She ran the front desk as well as housekeeping. I forgot her name, but was super sweep and helpful and definitely overworked. But she never got frustrated, even with a lobby full of athletes and a broken dryer

The hotel was not in good shape. The elevator was rusty inside & floor felt like it was falling in. The room had uneven furniture. We asked for more towels & was told they was washing them & we had to come back. There was constant noise. The house keeper opened pur door than hurried up & slammed it. It scared my daught, she though someone was coming in.

The Tv never work the shower curtain where not there nor was soaps nothing was in the restroom

They need to work on house keeping. Had to switch rooms bc when told house keeping would clean room it wasn’t on top if that the water would not get hot. Also elevator needs to be fixed along with the phones not working. For a place that was remodeled they did it poorly and cheap.

Not much good to say about our stay. We chose this hotel because it said pet friendly. We were initially charged a $75 pet fee but when checking out, I mentioned I didn't think that was pet friendly so they faived the charge. Dirty towels in room and no clean towels in room. Shower curtain was nasty. Beds were clean though. Someone knocking on our door at 8 AM wanting to know if we were still there. Elected not to have breakfast as we just wanted out of there.

The hotel was full... there was a few games in town. And even at full capacity, I still had a good night's sleep.

A decent place to stay for decent money, but don’t expect Hilton level like many staying at the hotel I overheard complaining.

Arrived late. Check in was easy. The room needed updating. We were a couple and were given 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. There was no bathmat. Tissue box in the bathroom had 1 tissue in it. Toilet paper roll was less than half full with no spare in sight. Walls needed painting and carpet was stained. Bed was comfortable thank goodness. At the buffet breakfast at 8 am, there were 2 pieces of bacon and a few rubbery fried eggs. No coffee creamer. Bagels were hard as a brick. We left. Would not recommend this location.

When checking in, they gave us a room that was already occupied. Walked in out another guest which was very uncomfortable. Gave us another room and expected the room and the bed was broken. They gave us another room and this one was doable just uncomfortable because we were right above the entrance door so we could hear and feel the door opening and closing throughout our entire stay!

Terrible stay here. The receptionist was the only bright spot. Our room had a stack of dirty sheets and wet towels so we went back to the front desk. She was embarrassed and apologized profusely. She gave us a new room. That room had no toilet paper, the phone didn’t work and the batteries were dead in the tv remote, there were no wash rags. The tub was extremely slippery. There were cracks in the ceiling where water had leaked through. The entire hotel is showing signs of disrepair.

The bed springs poked you and creaked badly. The room was in general disrepair, rusted tub, paint missing, broken trim, etc. I saw baby cockroaches in the bathroom. The bed had crumbs in it so obviously not washed between guests. I was concerned about bedbugs bet gratefully that didn't happen. It was tricky to get to off the highway. Will not stay here again.

Beds felt so soft

Well when we first got there the room the had reserved for us had not been cleaned and had food still in the fridge. Second room we killed roaches in. The elevator was scary and we used the stairs the first night because it wouldn’t even come up. We will not ever stay there again.. very disappointed

I got there around 9 pm and I immediately got checked in by someone at the desk. I went up to the 2nd floor. The elevator slammed shut so hard that I thought there was something wrong with it. The room was good. When I woke up the next day, there were small ants all over my bathroom sink. The treadmill and elliptical in the fitness room weren't working. Breakfast was ok. Muffins and some cereal.

The presentation of the hotel was good, however the smell in the hotel was unsatisfactory. The elevator had maintenance issues that need to be addressed immediately! Then once I got to my room I had internet problems that had to be addressed by me switching three rooms, and then the last room couldn’t hold the sustained connection very long without giving out. The room was clean and nice . However the other areas made the stay unpleasant. I hope these issues can be addressed especially the elevator issue whereas the door would close and open and close again before it went to the next floor.

Found a live roach in our bathtub. Fitness room is pitiful. One treadmill, bike and elliptical and the treadmill was broken. Door to public restroom on first floor and lady was locked inside. I booked 5 rooms—4 with king beds and one a double queen. They didn’t get the reservation From Expedia correct so we only had king beds which meant 3 people slept in a king bed together.

We reserved 4 king bed rooms and a two queen room. When we arrived they didn’t have a two queen room reservation. They said they would put a roll away bed in one of the rooms and it didn’t happen. Just disappointed that the reservation from Expedia didn’t get relayed to the hotel for us to get the proper room.

We checked in and the room was trashed. Then I had to explain to the lady at the front what to do which is mind blowing. 2nd room was just as bad, nothing had been clean in the room. There was at least 10 roaches we saw in the 8 hours in the room. NAST!

The staff was amazing but the bathroom did not have a shower curtain. They also had roaches in the bathroom and the room had a smell. I do not recommend this hotel for cleanliness

Bed comfortable, staff nice. Miss road first time and had to go over 5 miles down interstate to turn around, access could be better. Right on interstate so traffic noice can be heard. Nothing special but would stay again. Met our needs for a one night stay.

Very comfortable bed (most important). Plenty of available outlets, fridge with freezer section (good for cold packs), very clean, good size room. The only negative, for me, was the air conditioning: there’s no way to regulate by temperature, and the unit was pretty loud when turned on. Otherwise, everything was very good. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

Wanted to find a place in town that felt away from town and this did the trick.
