My name is Robin Clarkson and my stay was horrible. I am disabled and was treated terribly. I would never in my life stay here again I would rather sleep on the sidewalk. The front desk customer service was the worst I have ever experienced and the way they talk to you is beyond rude and they treated me as a bother and had no consideration or compassion. This place needs to be shut down and I am going to take this further. They kept my deposit stating I smoked in the room and I don’t smoke. The rooms are filthy and outdated. Microwaves don’t work and they state full breakfast but only serve watered down old coffee and sour orange juice. They haven’t heard the last of me.

Worse super 8 I ever stayed in! Never again!

The hotel was priced appropriately. The parking was limited and the structure was old. It was located to good restaurants. The noise level was low.

First told no room on 1st floor as requested. Offered us 1st floor room with 2 beds for $5 extra. No elevator. We tried climbing stairs, but decided to pay extra but the actually waived it. Went to first floor rm and heater didn't work. They switched us and next rm had cockroach on bed. They finally switched us again and rm was habitable. Night clerk was actually pretty nice in the end. Either I became more tolerant or she was glad to have a small issue to deal with after a run in with another guest. Also I attempted to get help from Hotels.com and Philippine based service was terrible. I was hoping she could get me another hotel, but she appeared to have no understanding of the names of hotels and kept repeating one hotel over and over as if she was reading it. Ended with me trying online to find another hotel while online with her. I really think I am due some compensation for this stay. Hotel should be kicked out of Super 8 group. Ps: Asked for $200 security deposit on check in. Hope I don't have trouble getting it back.

Roaches and they didn't give me a disabled room until my last week or so I stayed there. I paid thousands.. .. Thousands of dollars to this hotel and it wasn't till the last week I stayed there that I was given a disabled room to accommodate my shower needs.

Had been staying here for a while, was fine where I was, accept the fact that I'm disabled, and they wouldn't give me a disabled friendly room. So then they decided to move me to the other side of the building to a disabled friendly room. Well, be careful what you all for... There where cockroaches all over in this room, Fighting neighbors, dirty room. Not happy, not happy at all. Was charged 2x for the stay, and to top it off the front desk girl was so disrespectful, so disrespectful. And now I have to fight with, I don't even know who, to get just my over charge reimbursement, that's not including fighting for some kind of compensation for the discomfort as well as the multiple charges on my card for.

We chose this motel for it’s convenient location and low price only. It was very dirty inside and out with extremely limited amenities. There isn’t a breakfast as advertised, all rooms must share one microwave, it’s in a really bad neighborhood, there isn’t an elevator, there was trash in the parking lot, the hotel is noisy, there were cockroaches, the air conditioner was broken, their were bed bugs and a strong smoke smell in the rooms even though it’s supposedly a nonsmoking motel and a high $200 deposit for a $70 room. Would not recommend.

It works if you need a place to sleep. The property appears in a state of disrepair and there were cockroaches spotted in both the rooms I had (mine and kids). This was a decent place back in the 1980s, the last time I stayed there. Now, I’d probably go to the Motel 6 across the street next time.

The staff was kind and helpful. The room was comfortable. The room had a little wear and tear, but not out of the norm for a popular hotel. There are no elevators for the second or third floors.

Everything was fine except for the ice machine. There were little black specks in the ice which was gross.

I considered it expensive for not having an elevator. The room I had was noisy from the laundry area. The service was good. I didn't like the place so much for the value.

CHARGE OF DEPOSIT AND IT WASNT ON THE PAPER AND THE ROOM WAS TERRIBLE AND IT WAS DIRTY AND IN THE PAPER IT SAID THEY HAVE A BREAKFAST ROOM AND IT SAYS FREE AND ITS NOT THEY HAVE NO FOOD AND THEY DON’T HAVE CLEAN ROOMS AND THEY ALL SMELL LIKE CIGARETTES.

The light bulb over the mirror was burned out and I could not see to shave or prepare for a mrrting. The front desk attendant said there was nothing he could do. I had to use the restroom in a nearby church to get ready. The only microwave was in the office and there was a 3 person line to use it. Vagrants were smoking around my parked car when I went shopping at night.

I decided to book this hotel because it was the most affordable one during a festival weekend, when all hotels shoot up in price. For it being a motel, it wasnt too bad since its cheap. I didnt have any problems, the room smelled a bit weird but it was manageable. Wifi was surprisingly good, i brought a console and was able to play online with no problems. Mini fridge was functional and tv worked. I did encounter 2 cockroaches in the bathroom, so keep that in mind. The deposit was unusually high especially for a motel, $200 and not in cash. I did receive my deposit back 4 days after checking out. Area is also a bit sketchy but i encountered no problems. Overall, if it is all you can afford, book it and hopefully you get lucky with a room with no cockroaches. Its a good place just to sleep, but if you have a bigger budget, id suggest you go to a nice place

The door didn’t close right, the toilet wouldn’t stop running, the floor was warped and to top it all off I found a cockroach on the bed!

The property is in a bad side of town. The other Hotel guest's were noisy. The shower head in the room stayed in only sprayed out of 1/8th of the showerhead and it pointed at the back corner of the shower/tub. The tub filled up to my ankles by the time I was finished with my shower. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper and it was not a new roll. The smoke detector in my room started beeping from a low battery at 1:47am my first night there.

Killed a roach in the bathroom.

The gal at the front desk was exceptional. She deserves a raise

There was a lot of activity in the parking lot, people openly drinking and loud music. Our room was smelly, people screaming, banging on the walls.

The deposit was too high and I’m still waiting for the deposit to come back and property wasn’t with deposit was required

Watch out. !!!! In order to check in you have to agree to major charge on your card that is only returned 3-5 business days after checkout. Makes you wonder who their normal clients are. No elevator

The inside of the hotel room itself was clean. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. Despite being on a nonsmoking floor it smelled strongly of marijuana and cigarettes all the time. There is no breakfast offered and the pool is permanently closed which is not reflected on the website. The parking lot had several people loitering at all times and felt generally unsafe. The staff was nice.

Got a non smoking room only to wake up with the smell of smoke so strong we couldn't sleep. The AC didn't work well. The continental breakfast consistent of day old coffee. Needed towels twice. First time they gave me one and said that was all they had. Second time we were headed to a funeral and they said they would put fresh yowls in my room. Never happened. I felt dirty and unsafe staying at that Logsdon and wouldn't recommended it.

People that appear to be living in cars in parking lot and trash all around. Advertise that they have breakfast but they do not. Very sketchy place. Was going to be there two days, but decided to leave after one.

No more breakfast and pool is closed

Swimming pool don't work, its a good place to sleep but not so good to have a family weekend
