Sadly, our recent stay did not go well - We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and we have always been impressed and pleased with our stay. However, on this occasion there has been a major change in attitude of management and guest services - rude, not listening and unwilling to listen and not understanding and unwilling to understand. Certainly we were not treated as VIP and felt treated as Low Life - As a senior doctor and nurse, we were officially reprimanded by Guest services for celebrating my Birthday on the balcony at midnight - we were not noisy or drunk. My wife is Registered Blind in the UK and partially Deaf - this was not listened to or understood. The second day, after dinner in town for my Birthday, I was unwell coming home and needed to rest and lie down to fend off a bout of nausea - I have Crohn’s Disease which can cause nausea and sickness after eating - We were shouted out in the hotel and reprimanded for bad behaviour - We were not listened to about my Crohn’s Disease and not understood. Guest services stated repeatedly that it was ‘Not Their Concern’ !! They were only concerned about other guests. We were then quite abruptly asked to leave the hotel the morning after at 11am and told to pack and leave the room within 15 minutes - We were told Management had made this decision but we were not allowed to discuss this with management or guest services. We were escorted out of the hotel with our case and bags with nowhere to stay !!

Great location in las americas, easy walking to edeje or los cristiamos. Breakfast buffet excellent with live piano music.
Rooms ok but not brilliant compared to newer hotels.
Many restaurants for lunch and evening meals nearby.
Very expensive compared to other hotels los. Cristianos and las americas.
Needs a loyalty for regular visitors.

This hotel needs to be urgently refurbished.

Lovely hotel & staff thoroughly enjoyed our December break.
I would however like to have tea making facilities in the room ( just a suggestion)

This hotel was perfection. From start to finish the architecture, atmosphere and aesthetics were incredible.
The food was lovely, the only one downfall was the quality of coffee, it wasn’t very strong.
The location was excellent. The pianist who played with breakfast was sensational.
The excursions lady was excellent.
It was the first holiday for me and my partner and I couldn’t fault it.
I would revisit in a heartbeat.

Perfect beach location.
3.0
The location and the breakfast are fantastic.
The team will make all they can to make your stay the best as they can. (thanks to Deil, Antonio, and others).
The clean, sandy beach is just outside of the hotel.
Go early and take the right side- it's less crowded and the waves are calmer.
By the hotel, you will find huge amount of restaurants and shops, and it was very safe to walk around.
Don't miss the sunset by the Starbucks' beach.
Last thing: don't miss the spa with it's heated seawater pool.
And now the "not so good" stuff :
1- the front of the hotel is the "Hard Rock Cafe" but you will not hear the noise.
2- To the opposite, the outside right wing suffers from the street parties till 11:30pm. (rooms 3xxx)
3- The rooms on the outside left wing (7xxx) are quit at evenings and nights but during the day there was some light construction noise from the opposite hotel.
I think that maybe it will open by the end of next year
(Dec 2024). So after then, consider choosing the rooms with the pool view .
4. If you like a really hot Jacuzzi, please remember that the outside one is only 27 degrees centigrade.
the inside one is about 33-34.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Cleopatra Palace Hotel in Playa De Las Americas, and I must say that the experience was simply perfect in every way.
First of all, the size of the hotel is impressive, but it did not compromise the quality of the services offered in any way. The first thing I appreciated was its prime location right on the beach. The convenience of being able to access the beach with just a few steps is a priceless luxury. Additionally, the hotel provides free beach towels every day, which was extremely convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel's location is also optimal for shopping enthusiasts as it is situated on a bustling commercial street. Stepping out of the hotel immediately immerses you in an atmosphere of shops, restaurants, and bars, making the evenings very entertaining and convenient.
The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable, each with a dedicated balcony that allowed us to enjoy stunning views. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and this aspect is very important to me when choosing a hotel.
The breakfast buffet was a real highlight. The abundance and variety of food offered were amazing, and the staff was always ready to replenish the dishes, ensuring that nothing was ever missing. The quality of the food served was top-notch, and I greatly appreciated the opportunity to start the day with such a delicious breakfast.
Lastly, I must emphasize the excellent value for money that the Cleopatra Palace Hotel.

We had an extra night due to a cancellation on our flight so we chose this hotel because it looked good for entertainment and location. Location was good but the hotel is tired, rooms are pretty uncomfortable, I had vip extras with being a gold member, I didn’t get any benefits we had a room that looked over the side of the street. Beds are hard. Went to the bar to see the entertainment, there was about 35 people there but not a seat so went to bed. Breakfast was ok at best.

Have stayed here many times and have always had a great! This time was going well but we all had problems with our key cards for our rooms!! At least once a day the card wouldn’t open our room door!?!? Very frustrating and always received a different reason at reception for the fault!!!
At check in, we were offered a 2 hour late check out for both our rooms, which we agreed to! On the day of check out, we were out walking and Reception called and demanded we check out of one room as we only had late check out for one room!!! The staff on Reception Yolanda and Julia(?), were very unpleasant!! It really put a bad taste in our mouth and ruined what, until then had been a lovely holiday!!!

Location fabulous but the rooms need upgrading. The restaurant staff were unfriendly and we were disappointed to learn that the indoor pool was closed fir renovations!

Excellent hotel and location, we could also use the Mediterranean hotel next door for free. I found the hotel grounds complex, easy to get lost and use the wrong lifts. Overall a class hotel

So I thought I would update my review after 2 days. First of all, I was asked not to film people in the hotel, so I didn't, I always comply. I will say that Paula waa fantastic and a credit to the hotel. The passive aggressive response to my original review was not needed. I understand defending the hotel and its reviews, I get that, however, I will still maintain that the title upmarket hotel is a bit generous yes its beach front but some of the rooms and inded hotel need investment. That is a fair criticism in my view. Now, I booked the second night whilst waiting for my first room as I didnt wish to travel to another hotel before my flight home, so I didnt even see the room before my second night booking. If you did a mystery shop at the H10 Gran Tenerife that I stayed in the previous night, you will find, free wifi, coffee machines in every room and a beach front location all for less than your rate. So pleae take this as an honest review. There were some good points and staff were friendly, good location, but thats it.

I have stayed in 4-5 star hotels worldwide, this hotel sadly failed on so many levels. I booked the room with a pool on balcony, so the 8 series rooms were an awful burgundy colour scheme, tired, cracked tiles, cobwebs on lamps and disappointing pool. Most top hotels provide a coffee making machines like Nespresso, but this one, even in the quality rooms just have a kettle, but the weird thing is that you have to phone room service for the coffee, milk or tea at a cost, so why a kettle? The room in the 8 series was so bad, a youth hostel would have been better. I was swapped to a 9 series room which was better but still not great. The TV is right near the balcony doors, 2 small comp water bottles and the pools are not heated but ok. This seems like a typical whinger who wants everything, but I very rarely complain, this justified it. To pay nigh on €500 Euros for two nights did not justify, in my opinion, the cost. The H10 chain, blows the Mare Nostrum chain out of the park.

The most relaxing holiday we have ever had. The room with plunge pool and large balcony was just perfect. We ate out at the many restaurants close to the hotel and spent the majority of our time on the balcony of the hotel room.
We will definitely return and would highly recommend the room with pool. A bit more expensive but worth every penny.

Amazing service from the check-in with champagne and through to checkout. We will be missing Chef Roberto’s fluffy omelette and Juan’s light crepes for breakfast every morning. All the staff have made this place home away from home for us always since my husband & I stayed more than 8 times to this hotel.

Well, Hotel was nice, condition is okay. But, I didn’t understand why they haven't service like a 4 star or higher. I drunk coctails like a juice or lower quality. They give me room with bad smell and I request to breeze room and spray some freshener. But, they didn't. I asked even 2 times and aecons time they wrote down to the book and told me exactly will do this time. But, 👎(( To be honest I love hotel concetp but service under the zero. Yes, they greeted me with shampagne in the reception.

The standard room was overlooking the kitchen area and very noisy from 6:00 to 23:00. And there was continual noise from Hard Rock Cafe. One mattress was not fit for sleeping. Asked for it to be changed and their solution was adding a mattress topper! Useless !
