The hotel is very comfortable and able to relax nicely.

Booked suite unavailable construction. Traveling with 2 dogs. Come into states to get groceries since we live in Mexico. No good areas to walk dogs. Front desk associate very rude. Homeless people hanging out in lobby.

Clean room, no disrepair seen. Great and well supplied comp Breakfast. Quiet room due to good original construction., compared to other places with paper thin walls/floor/ceilings. Clean modern TV/remote and many channels compared to others in area.

I have been staying at this property for years, and it just seems to get worse. Fewer amenities, one hotel key per room, being charged extra fees, dirty carpets... I'll be staying elsewhere in the future.

Check in not so fast. Clean and quiet

Absolutely beautiful hotel! The pool and jacuzzi were available, but not usable in my opinion. Probably due to lack of maintenance in the off season. However I have never received better service, or free breakfast at any hotel! The only reason a three for comfort was given, was due to the fact that the people in my room before me, broke the bunk bed my children were to sleep on. So they gave us a twin and a rollaway that were very uncomfortable. Even with the mishap, because of the great service, we will be returning!

I love that the beds are so comfortable and the pillows are also! The breakfast choices were great and good coffee. My car was safe the hotel was clean and my room heater worked great! plus we were close to shopping centers.

I enjoyed the tasty coffee and I enjoyed speaking with the girl in the front whom I believe was Yulissa - I could be wrong on the name. She was very nice and hospitable. She accommodated my requests for towels with ease.

Nice stay before crossing the border. Nice breakfast in the morning. Parking felt secure. Takes pets

We had a wonderful 9 day stay at this location. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Very quiet and comfortable. The housekeeping went above and beyond - Glenda was especially great.

Good location, clean, big room, but ghe check in took an hour. The computer was down and many families were waiting. There should be an alternative for when instances like this happen

When I arrived at 8:30 at night there was nobody at the reception deck. Myself and another person checking in needed to wait 30 minutes for the clerk to come out of the back room. NO apology offered.

We will always stay at this hotel when in Nogales. Very accommodating for pets

An overpriced stay. Will not return. The property was clean and the staff was friendly, but the hotel could use some refurbishing and updates, as it looked like it has not had any in a couple of decades. We were given a large “accessibility” room (didn’t ask for it) on the first floor. The room and bathroom were large (as expected for a “handicap accessible room”) but there was a musty smell about it and the carpet felt humid underfoot. The bathroom shower head was very low, again appropriate for accessibility purposes, but difficult for anyone else to use. It fascinated me that there was a TUB rather than a walk-in/roll-in shower in the bathroom given the “handicap” designation of the room. Had we needed to stay longer than one night we would definitely have asked for a different room, or looked for a different hotel in the area. The evening desk clerk was unable to assist when we inquired about how to change channels on the television (no instructions of any type provided, nor any local info.) We were told he would find out but never got back to us. Front desk was left unattended unless there were guests checking in/out, and it took several minutes to check-out because I had to ask someone to get the clerk. On a positive note, the free breakfast provided more than the average hotel “continental” breakfast. Here, again, no staff was present to check on replenishing items or to assist, until it was almost time to close down the breakfast. Very disappointing.
