My family and I celebrated my son 14 bday this past weekend at the Aqua Sol. We had family came in town and photographer to come out and take pictures and record while at the pool. We were in process of adding additional night so we can enjoy the remaining of the amenities. However, our weekend was ruin when the older security guard last name tussat came to the pool by the fitness center and started kicking everyone out before 11pm. There were two other guards with him that were doing there rounds the other two stated they were doing their walk through prior to their shift and they were okay with everyone. The older black security guard was very nonchalant and stated its time to go and the time was a bit after 10:45 he kicked all the adults and children out the Jacuzzi and said "its time to go we shutting down early because I know you people will try to stay in until 11:30. Everyone seen the sign said the pool area closes at 11pm. My son and my guest were humiliated because the the security kept following people around telling them they had to go now and it wasnt even 11pm. Due to the security guard behavior we did not add an additional night as we planned we packed up and left and travel back home after midnight. As a Hilton Honors member and a first time guest at Aqua Sol the way my guest , myself and others were being treated was very distasteful.

Loved the resort, it has plenty of amenities for all to enjoy. Some of the rooms need to updated, but the townhouses are very nice. This resort does have issues enforcing their no Marijuana policy. The smell was all around the resort. The pool areas were clean and very relaxing. We enjoyed the dj at the lobby pool. Pool bar was a little over priced. The lobby staff were professional and pleasant, check-in was easy and the were helpful throughout our stay. Will definitely return again.

This was our 4th stay at Liki Tiki and as always we were very satisfied with our stay. The condo we were in was clean, we had some difficulty with the fridge but the staff were quick and efficient with resolving this as soon as we notified them. There is a lot to keep the family occupied and between the pools and waterpark, our family also enjoyed the playgrounds, paddleboats, and minigolf. Our favorite thing about going to this resort is you don't have to leave and go anywhere else to have a good trip. Our only real disappointment was finding out that you now have to rent the family bikes and it is no longer included with the regular amenities. Overall we will continue to visit Liki Tiki when we visit orlando

This is a great resort. One whole building is being revamped so others may have been too. Our unit was VERY dusty, dresser, blinds, headboard... Also, they had painters go in and it was a very sloppy job. Not what I would want to represent an otherwise excellent resort. The horrible paint job with paint splotches all over the door/trim and all on the floor looked more like a cheap hotel. That is not this resort. So hopefully, all units are getting an upgrade in the future. The whole resort is great!

ash for towells and sofa liners. take very long to bring and bring only towels call again and the liners is there next day. some one come and ask i post live the apartment on saturday completely bad information. no towells in the poll area. the check uot day some one come to the room at 8.30 am to ash whay you guys not live jet. the check out time is 10 so very sorry for all this bad cervise, i stay there for many time and this was very bad.saturday morning no light for long time also.

Thursday evening when we checked in was great. Friday was too! Alyssa made a great strawberry margarita! And then the power went out property wide Saturday morning while we were getting ready to go to Disney. The ice cream I bought the night before was completely wasted. The power was on by the time we got back from Disney. Would have been perfect if not for that.

Super busy. Weren’t able to get a room til 6 pm, but we were able to use facilities while waiting. Lots of activities to do on premise at no extra charge; Putt putt, paddle boats, tennis, basketball, shuffle board, ping pong, water park with a few slides (for various age groups), 2 additional pools on grounds with hot tubs. Minimal charge for snow cones and s’mores ingredients (to make at the beach fire pit). Multi person pedal bikes/carts for extra fee. They were a little (too) strict concerning use of playing with balls in the pools. Also wouldn’t allow sitting at pool edge with a drink in hand (not even water). Room was nice and spacious, and had all the creature comforts of home in the kitchen (fridge with ice maker, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, blender and dishwasher). As with most hotels, you’re going to have the guests that are loud and inconsiderate to their neighbors, but I can’t hold that against the hotel. Later in evening we realized we had no sheets for pull out bed, so texted the # provided and they replied promptly. I would have liked an approval of my request for late check out, considering we were delayed til 6 pm for a room. That disappointingly did not happen. That all being said, my son and I had a great time and would suggest others to try it out. Recently bought out by Hilton, which will likely result in upgrades and better customer service.

Newly remodeled, clean. Nice kitchen area for snacks/cooking. Love all the amenities available-bikes, swimming, mini golf, fishing. Downside-walls are very thin so can hear neighbors easily, bed is hard. Hit us up with some benefits if we sat thru a time share presentstion before releasing keys to us. Took no for an answer pretty easily, tho.

Liki Tiki Village was amazing. My daughter LOVED the water park pool, and the accommodations were lovely and newly remodeled. We would definitely stay again, and soon!

The trip was great and every expectation was met. My only negative comment which happened to both my friend in another unit and myself, is that cell phone reception was awful. I couldn't communicate with my clients and I was running around my unit looking for a spot with good reception.

We had an absolute blast. We typically rent houses but tried a resort this time and Liki Tiki did not disappoint! They are doing lots of updates unit by unit which also will be great in the future. Very very kind staff, communication was immediate. Great time!

Great condo for our Disney trip. We were minutes from the Disney theme parks. The condo had everything we needed for quick meals and snacks, and we enjoyed dinner and drinks at the pool-side bar and grill.

Very clean and lots to do. Beautiful area hidden from busy Orlando traffic and noise. Felt like I was at my own apartment. I’ll definitely be going back.

Shower was gross. I wish I had shower shoes. Floor needed vacuuming. Counters were not clean. I didn’t want to put anything down on any surfaces without wiping down myself. If I used a swiffer on the floor I would be scared to look at the bottom of it once done.

This is my second stay at liki tiki it is the best place I have stayed by far. This time there was a employee who went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed! He worked at the cabana by the beach I think his name was Jimmy (bad with names) but the way he spoke to my family and I was so welcoming other guest said he answered their questions with so much info and polite. I went to the same cabana the day before and there was a girl with dark brown hair who never paid us attention she was to worried about telling another employee about how she took this girls boyfriends twice. Besides that the staff is very quick with responding the rooms are very clean and spacious (I have stayed in a 2 bedroom town house and a 1 bedroom) 1 bedroom has been my favorite so far. Kitchen has everything you need check in has always went smooth and quick! A little note for Jimmy your amazing keep up the positive attitude and you at a very warming feeling to those around you! Thank you

I was so impressed by the amount of things to do at this resort. i had trouble getting my kids out of the resort to go to Disney. Loved the waterslide area with lifeguards.
There were many different activities to do during the day but was disappointed that many of them costed extra.
Our room was outdated but otherwise quite comfortable, and we appreciated having the full kitchen and laundry.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was awesome.
Not sure about eco-friendly - did not see any recycling facilities at all and when we moved out of one room and left some bottles behind, I later saw cleaning staff put them in the garbage.

First of all I had BLOOD on my sheets. Called the front desk to report it and the manager came to apologize and bring some extra sheets. No accommodations or nothing. BLOOD now. The toilet in the bathroom kept running the doors was hard to open and close so I had to leave the doors open so I won't wake my child. No room darkening curtains for them, room was bright as hell. Kitchen area was nice, living room was nice, the washer and dryer worked. The pools was good. They had to shut the big pool down one day because someone threw up. The security staff was very nice, the other staff so so.
