It was quiet and comfortable suite. We were party of 6, and thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

I am a disabled Veteran. They put us on the second floor with no elevator and would not move my wife and I even though the hotel was empty. The access to the office was up a large flight of stairs which was a problem. The attendant wanted me to go back down get the car information and come back up. I told him several times I was disabled and stairs were a problem. He did not care one bit. Added to this the room was on the very end of second floor right next to all the construction going on. Again the place was empty and ge did not even mention that. Could have moved us to the other lodge right there but nope. There was extreamly poor and limited food and services. It overal is a place I would never recomend to anyone. Over priced and not worth any price. Dont go!

When I checked in , they don't have my record.

Here is just for winter ski, not good in summer. It is on the peak of a mountain so there is nothing around here. It's too far from Teton national park so that it takes one and half hour. Do not believe the distance on the expedia. It is just the straight distance between this lodge and Teton national park on the map. In fact, you gotta drive long way to get there.

The lodge we stayed in is very old and could use some upgrades, as in the water faucets were stiff and hard to regulate. The bathtub is very slippery and none of the containers with soap worked! Could also use some bars in the shower for holding onto!

Great weather
Great location
Not a lot of Information available
A little run down, our door didn’t close properly, timber on deck was a little unsafe looking.

There weren't a lot of places to stay on our trip so we ended up here. In the summer there aren't many food places. They show a lot when you book, but most are closed for the summer. The staff at the restaurant we did have was horrible. And they were out of a lot of the menu choices.

The property has a very nice set up and is away from all civilization, has a store dining ect, very nice set up. However, staff is rude and in considerable, rooms are not advertised properly, dining was terrible and so was the staff, the menu is limited and over priced, menu doesn’t make sense, it’s like they are trying to give fine dining options but the choices are random. food took an hour and half to prepare and was cold when ut arrived, the bill was outrageous, even the coffee was cold. Told the waitress that all 5 kids complained the lemonade being sour, her response was it came from a jug, if it was just one kid who didn’t like it that would have been not a big deal but all 5 didn’t like it? Then charge a service fee of 40.00 plus expect gratuity.
The convenience store clerk was also not very professional, needed a type C charger which they didn’t have. Clerk said he had one that was “ kind of broken” he would sale to me.
After all these events I didn’t want to stay the next night . Tried to check out early and explain the situation to the young lady working the front desk, she was also rude and told me I needed to cancel 14 days prior to the reservation, and then condescendingly slapped the “mangers” card down on the desk and told me it would be a while before he could get to me.
I do not recommend staying here at all.

Nice big room good for family with kids.
We stayed one night for just to pass by. Very quiet, clean air, but far away from everything . Good for winter vacation.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were surprised by the lack of air conditioning in the unit. The bed seemed small (perhaps a full size) and it was hard to sleep two people without rolling to the middle.

Expedia shows this is near Grand Teton, it is Not. It’s a 90 minute drive to park entrance. Shower had a ball of black hair in the drain, obviously had not been cleaned since prior guest.

Our stay was excellent, the lodging was perfect, and the staff were friendly. The weather is perfect for a getaway, the scenery was great, and the food options were good. The summer isn’t as busy as the winter but overall it’s an excellent spot to getaway. The only thing was I couldn’t find an ice machine, but that’s okay lol.

Nice accommodations. No air conditioning, but balcony with screened sliding door for air flow.

If you take the chair lift to the top of the mountain here you will get a breathtaking view of the Grand Tetons. This alone boosted the rating for this place considerably.
It is also very convenient to the Grand Tetons national park and only a 4 hour drive to Yellowstone. The room was just OK because it had no air conditioning. We had to sleep with our sliding door open and a fan blowing. It was still hot and we had noisy neighbors, so not great.
The food was only so-so and expensive. They did have good beer. With the exception of a front desk employee, everyone was very nice and very friendly. This is mostly a mountain biking center in the summer and there are a lot of hiking/biking trails. I did receive a really nice laminated brochure on the wild flowers for free. They also offer free bus rides into the closest town, Driggs Idaho, which is really cute.

Far away from grand Teton National Park and no air conditioning. Other than that it was great.

The property was great. We were looking for a place to stay close to Grand Tetons NP. This resort is almost a 2 hour drive to Jackson, WY. The manager at the resort told me that they usually have at least one person every day check out and go looking for another place to stay. There was no refund available for our cancellation because they require cancellation a week in advance. On a map, Alta looks like it is very close to the park, until you look closer and realize that there is no road that goes directly to the park. To some extent, I think it is dishonest to advertise this as lodging "near" Grand Tetons NP. Considering that people are surprised by how far away this lodge is from the park frequently, I think they should not be able to advertise that they are close to the Grand Tetons without a clear and easy to spot statement about how far it is from the actual park by road.

Very nice place!

This location was definitely secluded with an adventurous drive. Wishing there were more options for dining and that everything didn’t close so early. We stayed in the loft (3 flights of stairs). The views were amazing and the crisp mountain air was great!

We only had a short stay here but wish we were here longer to enjoy the amenities and the activities. There isn’t much around it but everything you need is right on the resort. The room was great!

This is a great property and our room was pretty roomy with comfortable beds. But we only stayed for one night so if I had I known this was a ski resort and the drive to the property would be so difficult during the dark and rainy evening I wouldn’t have booked it. Our trip to Wyoming was a last minute extension to a Colorado trip so I didn’t do any research. I had searched for lodging close to Yellowstone and this property was on the list and was one of the less pricier rooms so I booked it. That being said, the next morning we saw what we were missing on our dark and dangerous drive to the property. The view was gorgeous and there was snow on the ground and on our car… in June! If we had had more time I think we would’ve stayed here and explored. The drive back down the mountain was beautiful. That being said, I wouldn’t book this property for a short overnight but rather a longer stay.

Check-in and check-out personnel very good. Toilet base loose needing to be sealed. Thermostat broken and no heat. TV with 3” vertical band. Small, lumpy pillows. Closet doors flimsy and sway excessively. Cache restaurant overpriced and small portions for bland spaghetti and burnt chicken and fries. We ate in Driggs for breakfast not to make the same mistake again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was not in the good mood to welcome anyone and most importantly there’s no hot water.

Great place to stay if you are young and active. No elevator and no AC.

The resort is old,and the fact that there was no air conditioning was not disclosed. The staff was friendIy.
I thought the room was over priced for the condition and location. Better research would have kept me away from the place.

Suite was large, balcony view was pretty good. Room had some maintenance issues. The bluetooth speaker/alarm clock wouldn't power on, almost every wall outlet was broken or so loose nothing could be plugged in. Toilet wasn't even secured to the floor. The queen bed was so saggy that we had to sleep on the hide-a-bed
2.0
Shower was mostly lukewarm to cold. No A/C, broken glass on the floor and trash from previous occupant. Blotches of whatever on door, wall in bathroom. Very6 far away from the Main Tetons functions if that's you main interest. Just so-so. And that's why cheaper. Jackson area in WYO is a posh area, prices are saltier..

Did not know that there was no air conditioning until after we booked our stay, and having hot flashes did not help, otherwise it was a nice place. We would like to come back

Views were great, cleanliness was less than desirable, hot water took forever to show up, and the front desk person didn’t know much about activities at the resort. It was an ok stay, served it’s purpose.
3.0
Quiet, affordable, nice view balcony, clean pool and hot tub, and a great nearby restaurant made this affordable stay really perfect for one night for our family.

Horrible.

The staff was rude everywhere. Communication was awful. They were doing construction on the pool there was no call or email asking if we'd like to schedule something different. And there was no housekeeping etc during our stay.
