We stayed in a dbl queen bed room with a counter, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, bar sink smaller, with connected cabinetry & table. Very useful & appreciated. Also, an armoire (wardrobe closet) with iron & ironing board. Plenty of lighting & storage. For us, a big plus. Controversy is the new lax laws on cannibus smoke & smoking. Other guests, smokers of cannibus, walking down the halls, left behind a skunk like odor which infiltrated our room. Staff allowed us to borrow an amazing air freshner designed for this specific purpose. As non smokers in a new cannibus smoking tolerance environment in Calfornia, hotels / motels need designated cannibus only sites with really aggressive air purifying systems.

Worst of the worst…please do not stay in this hotel. So dirty and a lot of stain in bed sheet cover & some hair. And there is cockroach roaming around the bathroom. So disgusting and dissappointed.

Dirty towels and bed sheets

This property is filthy. I couldn’t stand to stay in that room, even for 20 mins. It’s so disgusting that the bedsheets are crumpled, with stains, and with long hair strands and pubic hairs. They even offered us to stay in another room and it turns out to be even worse. I don’t recommend staying here. And for Expedia, please remove this place to your list.

Great stay

Needs updating. Breakfast OK. Bed comfy. Bathroom good. Laminate floors felt odd, never seen whole bedroom with hard flooring. Price appropriate.

The check in staff was lovely, and very helpful. The room was cleam amd spacious. The entire property is lacking maintenance. The luggage cart was held togetherness with tape, and every screw was loose. The sink took 5 minutes to drain, so was really dirty. So did the shower. Some basic maintenance on a regular basis would bring this property back to life. The hallways were very noisy all night, with people screaming and lauhhing. Walls are thin so you hear EVERYTHING.

I booked an "accessible" room.; What I got was a very regular room with a slightly higher toilet! Absolutely nothing else was changed in the unit, no grab bars around the toilet to assist someone to shift from a wheelchair or to rise from the toilet. Neither were there any grab bars around the bathtub to hang onto! I've seen better equipped regular rooms which, having no walkin (or roll-in) showers, provide grab bars to assist even {normal) to step in and out of a tub safely. I would be saying "SHAME ON YOU WYNDHAM FOR PROVIDING SUCH A POORLY EQUIPPED FACILITY AND CALLING IT "ACCESSIBLE!""

Room 219 was provided. Very disappointed.. The Bed covers are stained, there are holes in the sheets. The mattress are dark yellow stained. Not sure .. they gave this room just because we did not book the room directly from them or because we used the reward points to cover half of the prices. Staff is friendly. We picked this place because the name of Wyndham. 2 weeks ago we stayed at Club Wyndham Canterbury in San Francisco. That was the 2nd time we stayed there. We were very satisfied with our stay. We think Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham must be improved..

Please read reviews before staying at thia "inn". When we walked into the room, it was evident from the start that it hadnt been properly cleaned. There was crumbs all over the floor, hair on the bed etc. It was so nasty that before we even sat on the bed, my little brother had begun to inspect both of them to make sure there were no bed bugs. While he was doing this, multiple large disgusting stains were found on the matress. They only offer two pillows, and the breakfast was terrible. Using the ac dried out my throat and i have been coughing since leaving. My brother had 2 bloody noses at night for the same reason. The only plus side was that the staff was incredibly nice. I cant really say they were accomodating, as it was impossible to be accomadating in a hotel with such poor condition. Save your money, dont stay. We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but due to sheer discomfort we left the next day.

The location was good for people traveling on I-5. The entrance is not clearly marked. Our room was dirty and in need of many repairs. The bed was comfortable.

There was hair on the Floor. The floor was also sticky. The bathroom was gross the outlet was dirty. The bathtub had a stain. I wish I would have taken pics. I had to ask the front desk for a broom. Thank god the gas station across the street because I was able to buy Lysol and Clorox wipes. We actually didn’t stay. We got ready for event. Went to our event and didn’t even stay. Waste of money. And the management was so rude. I tried to ask For a refund and they said that I was not eligible because I spent two hours in the room.

The location is easy to get to from the freeway. And there is a gas station and restaurant right acroos the street. Its a 4 star property and location.

kind and helpful staff

Went to check in and the guy was sleeping as the desk and seemed upset that i woke him up. Room wasnt clean, literally blood stains and hair in the bed. Sink barely drained, shower handle was loose and shower had very little pressure. Toiletries are horrible. Was woken up by a person screaming at nothing in the pool area below my room.

Great place to stay for quick sleep

My spouse and I decided to book here because online pictures looked decent and it was a halfway point to our destination. We were exhausted and ready for sleep. Upon arriving we noticed what appeared to be a homeless camp out front, parked, proceeded inside that’s where we made the mistake should have just drove to Sacramento… after getting they key from the front desk we make it to the room to relax. What a nightmare upstairs there were people jumping around all night, ants all over the floors and counters, a jelly like substance on the nightstand and all over remote. The shower head was only letting out approximately ten water drops at a time. then I noticed the drain plug was sitting on th shelf in the shower found out the reason for that it’s because the drain is severely clogged and no water is draining. After my shower I opened the dresser drawer to hold my luggage and an entire bag of filthy smelly clothes were stuffed on there and left for us to find! Needless to say we left as quick as we could and just wanted to warn other travelers so they don’t experience this nightmare like we did!

Very small room. No iron or ironing board. Shower curtain rod was loose, water went out. Breakfast was cheap food, too salty and coffee tasted like the day before. We won’t stay here again.

Upon arriving, we were unable to discern the location of the entrance. When found, checked in without any problem When the warm and unventillated elevator door finally opened on our floor, we were hit with an even warmer hallway, again unventillated. Our room was adequate for the one night that we stayed, although also warm. I was traveling with my adult son so when went to shower, there was a fan, but you couldn't turn it on, I couldn't very well open the door to allow the steam out so that I could dry off. The floor, being tile, was very slippery, and I wasn't able to see to navigate. I wound up asking my son to wait outside, in the warm hallway, so I could open the door and let the steam out. Thankfully, he obliged me, but had to go outside, in 80-90 degree weather, to sit in our truck with the air conditioner on. When I called him to let him know to come back to the room, his key card didn't work on any of the entry doors, and the one that was closest to where we parked, was blocked by what he thought was a trash can. I was very disappointed that after our 6 hour drive, it was so hard to just get a shower and relax for the evening. I was so disappointed with the accomodations, partially because I am a member of Wyndham Timeshare. Next time, we'll stay at Motel 6.

SOMETIMES MY ROOM WASN'T CLEANED. I HAD TO REQUEST IT IN SPANISH. ON 7/31 I ASKED FOR IT TO BE CLEANED. IN SPANISH. THEY DIDN'T CLEAN IT.!

Dirty, mold all around shower, smelled of cury and smoke. Toilet seat broken, room was half painted, baseboards filthy.

Room was dirty. Toothpaste on bathroom door, stains on blankets, dirty sock found under bed, slimy residue on floors, counters dirty.

We parked. There were people who looked like they lived in their car and was using the parking lot. There were men in the parking lot staring at my friend and I as we went in. We checked in. We got to the room. Went to the bathroom and there was soap scum in the tub and sink. The toilet had black stains in it. We asked the manager to move to another room. Said he didn’t have one. Finally showed us another one. It was just as dirty and a cockroach ran out. The manager said it was clean. We decided to find another place and immediately checked back out. We were able to get the majority of a refund since we used a third party to book and it was originally non-refundable. Don’t ever stay here!
