Our stay in this hotel was pleasant. Overall, the room is clean and has the amenities we expected. The hallway is bright and airy.

I've been staying for almost a month, but this week I couldn't sleep because of the noise and they didn't want to change my room, a week without being able to sleep

Location and parking are great. Where this hotel starts to fail is when you get inside the rooms and see that on the surface level, the place might look clean and modern but it is only superficial. The room was super dusty and had weird stains in some walls and in the light switches. Moreover I found someone's underwear under one of the chairs, that's totally unacceptable. During morning hours it is also very noisy, people slamming doors and stomping all over the place. This place could be great if they put more effort and attention to details and cleanliness of the rooms.

The room was nice and it was clean but way too much road noise. Also the ice from the ice machine was dirty it had something in it.

Got my flights with Hawaiian Air. Made reservations. Fights got changed but could make it work. Fights got changed due to bird strike delay 3 hours. Would have gotten to hotel at 1. Had to leave hotel at 4:30 as American Airlines changed my departure time. Experience policy requires 24 hours to change. Had to eat the room night. Will try to get a hold of customer service when I get home

Great price for a clean hotel near SFO. Relatively quiet. Comfortable bed. Really like the interior seating space filled with overstuffed chairs and couches for relaxing or working on a laptop.

Comfortable bed, but amenities badly lacking. No toilet paper holder (just a paper roll on the vanity). No luggage storage in lobby. Attendant has no change. Coffee machine in lobby didn't work.

Furniture was old and torn. Bed side lights wasn’t working. Bathroom door was sweeping off floor towel. Bath tub was slippery. It needs a none skid prevention system.

Nicely updated older property that was apparently a Ramada Limited in the past. Clean, well furnished, comfortable bed, good shower and bathroom. Front desk was helpful also.

Great stay, 10 mins from SFO, lots of walkable restaurants, very courteous staff. Free shuttle bus to airport in you need it.

The room was okay. There was a stain in the bathtub that made it appear unclean. Car wash next store made the noise level a little unbearable. When I entered the room the bathroom door was locked, Called the front desk and was taken care of immediately.

Newly renovated room. Clean linens.close to the airport. These are hotel shuttle, but from the Airport to the hotel start at 3:20pm.
The location is great, lots of restaurants around the house.

I booked this hotel because it had shuttle service to SFO for an early morning flight. That service worked very well. The bedroom area and the bathroom were large and clean. Bed was comfortable. The only negative was the reception desk area which seemed cluttered and unwelcoming. Both the evening and morning receptionists were pleasant and efficient.

We were happy with our room. It was clean and spacious. It was a handicap room. our only real complaint was that the shower was set up for wheelchair access but not well and water did get everywhere pretty quickly. Also the water never really got warm. But overall we felt the room was quite nice for a very reasonable price. The 1st floor lobby was quite nice also.

Extremely difficult to understand desk clerk accent when requesting shuttle pickup at airport.
First shuttle at 830pm did not stop, so had to wait till next at 930pm. Requested wake up call for 440am. Phone rang at 415am! Will not return or recommend.

It has a regular shuttle service to the airport, which we needed. Nothing fancy but served its purpose well, friendly staff.

Expedia indicated that the hotel provides a free shuttle. Upon our arrival at the airport, we waited for 20 minutes. I called the front desk and learned that the shuttle is not available at certain times. This was disappointing, and we had to take a taxi for $35.
The hotel is quite old and is in need of renovations. Additionally, it is unfortunately noisy, making it challenging to sleep due to external noise from cars and airplanes.

The hotel was very clean and there was maid service every day. I did not have to ask for clean towels and sheets. BM was very helpful and accommodating. We were allowed to leave our suitcases at the property before check in which is very convenient considering the high risk of car break-ins in the area. There were places to eat as well as a Walgreens close by. The only issue we experienced was the noise coming from the gas station/car wash next door. We would definitely stay here again!
