The pictures on the app do not show the true condition of the hotel. The hotel is completely worn down, the bed is like cardboard the cabinets are all lopsided. There is nothing close by and the hotel has no concessions. Very disappointed, we were supposed to stay 5 nights but checked out the next morning.

Take the compliment in the title for what you may. It was above average based on my experience staying in locations both nearby and across the country.
My stay was like any other at Extended Stay America locations across the country. More or less, no matter where I go, the experience is just about the same. At this location, the room I got was spacious and clean. I was very happy with it. As always, I took issue with the laundry being paid, the breakfast being called "breakfast" when they only really offer snacks, and the water pressure. The staff, like with most locations, were excellent and very friendly. The guy who I assume was the manager was incredibly active. Props to him. The location, though, suffers from a lot of the same problems that other locations do, some of which are already mentioned. Not stocking rooms with appliances is frustrating just because it adds an extra step to settling in, but having a full kitchen pretty much made up for that. It is a solid hotel, but I think that its prices are a bit high on average for what you get. At the very least, I wish that they added more breakfast options. Their coffee setup is elaborate, but not everyone just has coffee for breakfast.

A guy stomping all night. Police outside my door at 4am. I’ve never had a worse night sleep. Staff is disinterested in completing any requests in a timely manner. They will sit on the iPad and tap for 5 minutes straight before they can walk away and grab something 30 ft away. I’m not the type to even leave reviews but man. That was horrible in every way. I’m an easy going guy you really gotta push for me to say something. Here we are

We stayed here due to an emergency that arouse. It was good for it was used for. Sleep, showeting and bathroom and kitchen accommodations. It was clean, the AC and the heater works especially when we got snowed in. Overall great.

This is the worst hotel to stay. The manager was rude and unfriendly. The cockroaches were everywhere in the room. A terrible of food smell was in the room during my stay.

I sent them a message informing them that my flight would be delayed and I would do the check-in at dawn. When I arrived they told me that since I didn't do the check-up, they gave my room to someone else and they assigned me another one and that room was dirty, the bed was not made up, I guess that's because of the Previous guest had not cleaned it. They gave me another one and it was almost 3 in the morning at 7 am. They come knocking on the door, they wake me up as soon as I had slept. At 7:30 they arrive again trying to open the door with a lucky key that had been locked and they couldn't get in. We left the place without being able to rest

First I was greeted by gentleman, with a “what do you want attitude”. Then given a room that smelled like death warmed over. So, thankfully they gave me another room. All good …. Except the rooms with “kitchens” don’t have plates, bowls, cups, spoons, knives, or forks. Nothing.

I had a gig Saturday night in a different city, so I got in late at night and needed to get some sleep before the gig the next morning. When I got in there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign at the desk that said the front desk clerk was away and to use the house phone to dial 0000 for help. Well the house phone was not working, no dial tone, no ringing, nothing. So I stood around for 10 minutes waiting. About 5 minutes in I dialed the main hotel number from my cell and just let it ring and ring while I waited. Eventually I had to start yelling and opening all the "employee" and "maintenance" doors trying to find someone. Eventually a young man came to the desk, who had clearly just been sleeping. I finally got my room. The guy at the front desk could have taken a lesson from the roach in the bathroom who managed to greet me right away. There was hair in the shower. And the ring around the shower knob that tells you hot/cold was reversed. I managed to get a little sleep at night, until I was awoken to sound of some lady yelling in the next room in the morning. I got out of there as soon as I could and I will not be back. I'd rather sleep in my car.

For an extended stay they had no pots pans or utensils we had to go buy our own, and the toilet wouldn’t flush and never got fixed even after asking several times, I would not recommend this place to anyone

Hated my few hours there . I immediately left that place after seeing roaches . They didnt even bother to pay me my money back .

Room was clean, bed was comfy. No hot water in bathroom basin. Older building which they are maintaining probably as well as they can (door jams are crooked, lots of caulk around fixtures). Easy to find location near lots of restaurants and shopping, which was good because “Breakfast included” was a barely stocked coffee counter with stale muffins, instant oatmeal, and soft granola bars.

Checked in. Got my key. Went to my room. Found no dishes or flatware in the kitchenette, nor any ice bucket. Went back to front desk to ask about ice. There are no machines, but I could borrow ice trays! She asked what room I was in and I told her. She said that was impossible because I hadn't checked in. I showed her the key. It didn't matter. So she checked me in after the fact. She told me that the person who claimed to have checked me in was the "team lead." I returned to my room. I had obviously undergone several slipshod repairs (chipped formica top, caulking around the tub that had separated, etc.) There was no information in the room regarding amenities (laundry, nearby restaurants, etc.) Water-saving toilet had to be flushed several times to eliminate waste. The one soda machine in the building didn't work. Over the next few days I killed two cockroaches and one ant. The "breakfast included" consisted of a coffee urn and 5 or 6 plastic wrapped mini-muffins. Nothing else. When I checked out, I asked for a receipt and received one that was $342 vs. the $489 that I paid Expedia. They insisted that that was correct. Oh yes, and the water pressure was low.

The front desk was rude and stood in the back for about 5 minutes before he walked up. He was very short with me and you could tell he was just very put out by having to check me in. This was not late at night it was around 5 pm in the afternoon.
