Hotel Pierre Milano

Very clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast and good location

We liked our room and this hotel very much. The desk staff was very courteous and professional. They offered us great recommendations for nearby dining and made calls for taxis when we needed them. The breakfast was very good but we were sad the restaurant was closed for renovations as we would have liked to try it.

Excellent and helpful staff. Joel was outstanding. Excellent room. The only downside was the shower area. The shower is in a deep bathtub. It was very difficult to enter and exit due to a permanent glass panel occupying half of the bathtub. There is a grab bar, however, it was not properly located to safely exit the bathtub. Also, there are hazardously located faucets on the side of the bathtub whereas if one should fall, one could impail onesself. The tub basin is slick. Joel brought a rubber bathmat for better traction, however, one could not locate the mat properly to stand under the rainshower head and step out of the tub due to the long glass partition.

Great location and service
