Comfortable over night stay, no complaints. You get what you pay for. Nice room.

Very accommodating. Breakfast was from 7-10 on Sunday, however, several people had kids there for a soccer tournament so for them to be able to eat breakfast they started serving breakfast earlier. This was very nice of them to accommodate for several of the guests.

Seems most of your hotels are dated.

Best hotel we have stayed at. The beds are awesome, the staff are super friendly, the breakfast was great. They didn't charged us extra for our dog.

Service wasn't great, toilet was broken-had to move rooms.

I stay here about 6 to 8 times a year on my way to Montana and it's always been great!

Due to a mistake on my part, the hotel was scheduled for the wrong date. Since it was scheduled through Hotels.com it would normally need to be corrected with Hotels.com. However Hotels.com has no phone number to call an agent and the virtual agent is a joke and a big waist of time. The lady at the desk went out of the way, spend some time and took care of it. Hotels.com has much to learn in customer service.

I felt very safe as a solo traveler. The rest: -great pillows and bed -Couldn’t control the temp-just cold and no shut-off -bathroom wasn’t real clean -no towel racks -quiet -very friendly staff -nice outdoor area for pets

Great breakfast. Very quiet room. Comfortable bed with both soft and hard pillows. Made bed and cleaned room both days.

Perfect stop on our long road trip. Beds and room were comfortable. Nice and quiet.

This hotel was very clean. The ice machines on 2nd and 3rd floors worked sporadically. The staff seemed indifferent to this. Overall 9/10 for the stay. Spent 4 nights there.

Friendly staff and clean riom

The beds were comfortable but the bathroom door needed fixed, we got locked out of our room the second night, and they left my receipt outside my door with my personal information on it.

Hotel looked as though it was being updated? Lots ofupdating to be done.

Spill wasnt cleaned up from prior guest on the nightstand, so i had to clean it. Otherwise good comfy room.

Bathtub wouldn’t drain. By the time you finish the shower you were in 3” dirty water. I turned a repair request in on checkout, but house cleaning should have caught that!

Get rid of the desk clerks, they were the rudest ones that I've ever encountered.

The room was entirely adequate for a three night stay. Breakfast was quite good each morning. Only complaint was a orange stain on the carpet next to the bed. I notified the counter person and was told that the carpet was new and that it would be taken care of soon.

Serve was great. Staff was friendly. Place was clean.

Right along the highway, the staff was very kind, happy, helpful, etc. They are pet friendly and there is a good area to walk pets right around the hotel. Breakfast was good, better than most morning services. Clean hotel.

The first night was OK the second night we heard rats in the walls. We asked if we could be moved and they hesitated to move us to a different room. I called again, and asked if she has a bigger room like we had, and they finally moved us. When we moved the sheets had blood the pillowcases had blood all over him, and when we complained, the lady seemed like she was intoxicated at the same time, she blamed my husband that he was intoxicated. We were free to do whatever we wanted in our room and we were the one inconvenienced because of the rat infestation. The lady at the front desk was very rude. She has red hair and her mouth move side to side when she talks. like if she were on meth when I went to the front desk to see if we can get comps for any part of the bill she said they couldn’t do anything about it. I asked for a manager they said she wasn’t in. I asked for her phone number they gave me the number for the hotel and she lied and said she was in Colorado this is horrible service and I can’t believe the staff I worked in the hotel business for years and this is not how you conduct yourself with. Guess you try to accommodate them and try to make them feel comfortable and they did the exact opposite. Please re-think about staying at the comfort inn in Riverton, Wyoming and we are calling the health department.
