Original room didn’t have curtains, second room’s linen was dirty, third room was decent but there was something sticky on bedding so I asked if it could be changed or if there were any other rooms available, was told no. Came back later on to stay at the property and upon arrival someone had actually been in the room, they showered, used the bathroom, and had been in the bed. I asked for a refund due to not feeling safe at this property and was told they weren’t going to give me any of my money back even though I didn’t stay one night at this property

Stared off ok but progressively got worse, Continental breakfast was not clean and lacked complete condiments! Did have coffee but only basics. Never cleaned nor changed my sheets or room in 3 day stay only gave extra towels but no wash towels. Even though NO SMOKING ROOMS the corridors smells like POT “cannibas” I would NOT STAY AGAIN even though price was reasonable? Friendly staff but not Professional? Clarence Seagroves!

Still waiting on my refund. As soon as we walked in the room it was a roach the size of a rat on the wall.. the sheets were dirty.. the halls were filthy and the odor was very bad. We did not even stay.

Prepaid with a 3rd party, they said at check in the just need $90 to hold. Normal. They charged me $90.88 for nothing. There wasnt anything to charge to the room. I take videos when i leave to show how it is and i was still recording when i asked when they lift the hold on the $90 the video is of my feet, you just hear the conversation, i always record until i hand in my keys at front desk. I tried through expidia and the hotel itself. No reselsoution. I cant even get the hotel to answer the phone at this point. The 'pool' is a swamp. Liks my adult kids were makinf jokes of what would jump out. So $90 gone, screaming neighbors all night, they even broke the glass on the case in the hallway, a pool but not a pool. Just go somewhere else.

There were cords plugged in to the hall way, wires hanging from the ceiling.
Dryers didn’t work. The place had a smell too it.

Room was clean. No room service for 2 night stay.
Coffee downstairs is sporadic at best and several days old more than likely. I noticed small amount of coffee in lobby pot the night we checked in. Same amount was there for breakfast next day and none for breakfast the following day. Breakfast? The waffle maker was old, rusty, FLAKING TEFLON. EAT at your OWN RISK! I'm not even sure if the batter was fresh or several days old. Needless to say we went elsewhere for breakfast.

I booked/paid through hotels.com with a gift card. When I got to the hotel, the clerk said it didn't show that the payment was processed. So they canceled my reservation and gave my room to someone else. All they had available was a king room. The room smelled cleaned but wasn't. There were hairs on the sheets, the floor was sticky, and the was no soap to wash our hands with.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! The check in clerk was unfriendly and not helpful. We asked how to get to our room 202 and he just said go around to right. We went in parking lot and finally found a door to go in. Later we found out we could have just gone through lobby to stairs. In room, first thing was no toilet paper! Tried to call desk, phone didn’t work. Then no coffee cups in room. Got those then no wastebasket! He said they didn’t have those. When I asked what to do with our trash he said bring it down the hall to garbage room! So we used a Walmart bag rather then throwing it on the floor. Swimming pool green. Waffle iron left flakes of Teflon in waffles- gross and unhealthy!! Will never stay in red roof inn again and will put this review everywhere!!!

Absolutely great stay. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. All the amenities including free wifi and breakfast and coffee all the time. Quick to accomodate anything you need. Overall have stayed here twice and will definitely stay again.

Floor was sticky in the front area as we walked in. Room not cleaned very well - no bath mat. Our room needed some sprucing up and care.

I did like it very much and I think I shall be staying here more from now on. Red Roof has been the most accommodating to my dog and I even though I only stayed 2 nights. It was awesome! Free breakfast from 6AM to 9AM as well

This is the second time I've visited to where my body, particularly my legs, itched while I was in the bed. My whole body continues to be itchy while in Gulfport, and especially while in the bed.

HOTEL WAS HORRIBLE!!!! Workers was not friendly at all , I should have known this hotel was a red flag when we walked in and the man had on slides with no socks .. BED BUGS , ROACHES PLAYING HIDE & SEEK , no toilet paper in bathroom , no trash cans , barely any towels , fridge mildew as hell & broken … sockets detached from the wall .. we checked in April 6th & went straight to work so the very next morning ( April 7th ) I complained about getting a refund and they stalled me out until 10:30am then proceeds to tell me we have to check out … cool !!! They did not give me all of my money back … charged me for 2 nights instead of one . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

There was a lot of noise at night kids crying and dog barking. some of the towers have stains on it. The coffee taste bad and the waffles where not cooking good.

Hotel could not get their system to recognize the prepaid reservation. I stood at the counter for nearly an hour waiting for a resolution and or refund to get a room. Plus a false fire alarm was going off the entire time

They are renovating the property. Doing a good job at it. However just because you discount the price of a room does not mean you can lower your standards. You put a coffee pot on my room, gave me cups and sugar and cream. To bad you forgot the coffee. I moved on to my shower. The courtesy soap was a crumbly mess. Then much to my surprise I had two floor mats. NO TOWELS in the room. So as I was checking out, do you suppose the guest coffee pot had coffee? Oh no plugged in, bone dry. I think the quality of management will run this place down fast

One of the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Room smell like dogs, bathroom like cigarette and hallway of weed. Loud music and guests all night and to top it off pubs all over the bathtub! Seriously gross!

The first room we were given was either occupied already or had not been cleaned yet.This was 9 pm at night.
The second room we wound up in was clean but smelled horrible.The mini fridge worked but the door was barely hanging on. The television worked but we could never get it on a channel because it was missing something?!
We also had no towels,etc…

Great quiet spot just outside Mobile. 25-30 minutes from Biloxi or Mobile. Wal Mart within 4 minutes away with cheapest gas around. Clean place and cheapest rates.

They can do better like outside trash can was over flowing trash in parkin lot.got a room dat wasnt ready so g[t moved to another one left out for moment come back my ro wasnt clean the staff claimed she was gonna get it but was busy but they was really nice bout it

Worst experience ever and I can speak on the behalf of the half a dozen people in the lobby. The unavailibility of things was unreal on down to extra towels. Only one kind of drink in the vending machine. Mold on the shower curtain. The air condition kept the room cool, but not cold to where I wake up in sweat. Had to wait damn near 45 minutes to check in because the person two people ahead of me did not understand how he his payment didnt go through for his room. Could have got to the side to service the lady who only needed change for the drink machine, and all I needed to do was check in for a prepaid room. There was no elevator so we had to carry all our things plus two babies upstairs. I will never return here! Only thing good was a nice sized tv and space.
