Plenty of parking and spacious well equipped room. Room was immaculate and the receptionist recommended an excellent restaurant

I can't say enough positive comments about the staff at this hotel. Melissa at the front desk was so friendly and explained to us about dining options and warned us about the early closure of restaurants hours during off peak season. She even went above and beyond to help my daughter to find her lost toys at the swimming pool. The breakfast lady with glasses was so friendly bringing all the food to the counter. Breakfast was amazing. A lot of hotels provide breakfast but this hotel's breakfast was by far the best I had so far in all my years of travelling. The food area was clean, modern and the variety of food was just incredible. I love how they were thoughtful about placing extra utensils and plates for guests to take during non breakfast hours. We took advantage of that when we ordered take out food and didn't have enough plates etc for everyone. The sound proof in the room was pretty good. Our party took two rooms side by side and we couldn't hear each other at all. I was very impressed by the blinds in the room, the washroom night light, and the room space. Overall we had an excellent stay. It was more expensive than some of the other ones on the same street. But I think the staff and breakfast made it all worth it.

Clean Kept up

Good location on quieter section of street that is close to highways and casino. Comfortable beds and clean well equipped rooms. Complimentary coffee and tea in room and lobby available. Staff are friendly and efficient. Pool, sauna and small fitness room open 6am to 10pm.

Not the nicest area - the hotel seemed tired and needs a refresh. The elevator seemed like it could use a tuneup. The staff was very nice

Everything was great- easy check in, clean well stocked room, good breakfast. Front desk clerk gave good recommendations for a late dinner.

It was renovated, nice and tidy, good to have hot breakfast in the morning. They switched some hot dishes in 2 days.

Staff were great, thatthe only reason for 3 star rating. They really need to upgrade their hotel and provide basic cleanliness.
