Very friendly helpful staff. Room was updated and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options and attentive staff present. Easy walking to great dinner across the street. Easy parking and easy access to interstate.

Our family got stuck in Evanston during a snowstorm that closed I-80. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area and gym were great to have access to. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh hot food and very friendly cook.

We loved our stay! The staff were all so friendly! They definitely keep up on cleaning the shared amenities. We loved our time in the pool/hot tub. And our room was clean and comfortable!
Also, there’s a little grey restaurant/bar across the parking lot. Awesome place, definitely recommend.

Great place, wonderful people. A bit louder than I expected. Could hear the people verbatim in the room next to me, and doors open and close throughout the night.
Trucks taking up 10 spots or more. Nearly couldn’t park at the hotel one of the nights.

First stay in Evanston. This hotel was great. Felt a bit like being outside of a military base when we went for an evening walk to a nearby convenience store as we passed an adult shop, bar, and similar establishments, but it was all quiet and felt very safe. Others were out walking as well. Hotel was comfortable with great access to the freeway and to the downtown area where we attended an event. Will stay here again to visit Evanston and surrounding area.

This hotel was a refreshing stop on a roadtrip filled with sub-par hotels. We had so many disappointments throughout our 5,000 mile trip that we stopped expecting much from a hotel. This location went above and beyond our usual expectations. Everything was very clean. The property was in good repair, the furniture in the room modern and clean. The breakfast was very good, plenty of options, and very fresh. All staff that we encountered were professional and pleasant. Would seek this one out to stay again.

Noisy events happened the night of my stay. The room was not at location described by desk clerk. I could not see my Uhaul and trailer from the window. The room was next to stairs and elevator; so the commotion was extra loud. Hopefully I’ll not have to pass this way again.
