Comfortable stay for a one day overnight. Make sure your room is not positioned near where they are making breakfast. Cook was blaring music early in the am and woke us up. Other than that, a great stay!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The rooms was clean, got a king size bedroom with pull out bed couch and everyone was comfortable with lots of room to move. So many outlets, with kids with tablets there was a place everywhere for a charger to be. All in all it was a great experience.

This was the most amazing stay!!! Hailey at the front desk was very welcoming at check in and was sure to inform us about everything without us even asking ! She was so sweet and you could tell she enjoys her job! Russell overheard us talking about having to go to the front desk and get towels for the pool when we were walking around checking everything out and ran immediately and grabbed towels ! The beds were super comfy the water pressure was great the pool was a little chilly but it is winter time we kind of expect that (we still had fun in it!) wish the hot tub was functional but it is what it is! The breakfast and breakfast staff was exceptional! And when we went to fix a busted hose on our car upon departure Craig came out and asked if there was anything he could do to help! Even the housekeeper made sure to tell us to have a great weekend! I gotta say they are definitely doing something right at this hotel!! Would 100% recommend to anyone who wants an enjoyable getaway!

Stayed because indoor pool & hot tub were advertised but hot tub wasn’t working (apparently hasn’t been for a while) & pool was luke warm.

This was a plenty nice hotel, clean and welcoming. The breakfast was great!

From the moment I checked in with Craig, the entire experience was fantastic! Very clean, very friendly staff, the king bed was amazing and the shower was phenomenal! (I'm almost 6' and the shower head was very high and the water pressure was fantastic!) I will definitely be staying here again!

Nice interior upgrades that were well thought out. Shower had amazing water pressure and bed was very comfy. A wide assortment of food for complimentary breakfast. Definitely would stay there again.

Chose this hotel for amenities of free breakfast and has a pool & hot tub. Breakfast was nice. Pool & hot tub were both broken we learned upon check in, very disappointing.

We felt the front desk staff were awesome. They worked hard at accommodating our requests. They were very considerate and thoughtful. The room temperature was perfect for us. We may be a little persnickety, because we felt the only elevator available for all customers didn't appear to have been cleaned of the filthy hand prints all over the inside of the wall during the 2 days we stayed.

Nice staff but room door was in very poor condition. Could tell someone had broken into it before. We could hear every noise from hallway. Had enough space to close towels on both sides of door. Bathroom shower had super hard pressure and sprayed thru the shower curtain.

I was disappointed as I made this reservation in Jan for my sons graduation. The price went from $187 to $298 per night which is way more than I have ever paid for a holiday inn. It felt overpriced for sure. Very disappointed in holiday inn and I am a holiday inn rewards member

Check-in was great, but the wi-fi was horrible. Kept going in and out the entire 2+ days I was there. The response from the front desk... "There's nothing I can do about it. It just does that all the time. I have to even reset my computer 20 times a day"
