Service was consistently friendly. Had a clogged tub drain, but it was fixed within 10 minutes of being alerted. “Free” breakfast was decent, but milk was not cold. May benefit from putting it in the fridge sooner so it’s ready to drink by breakfast. Otherwise, good bang for the buck.

If you want to be in Durham this is a pleasant experience and easily walkable to Durham and Unh.

Wish there was app checkin, check in wait was long, close to campus is a plus! air conditioner too loud, humid/damp room, very clean though.

Property in very good condition. Rooms modern and clean. Extremely close to University of New Hampshire. Good hot breakfast.

The property is an express, so keep in mind that there's no pool and there is no sink in the bathroom- it's located within the room itself. Other than that, the property was fine for a quick trip. Lots of eateries nearby.

Very nice, front desk people very helpful. Walking distance to a few places. We wish that they had a nice place to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Only place was the smoker’s bench by the front door.

We reserved a room with two queen beds for four guests. We arrived in two cars. We were told upon check in that only one of our cars could use a parking pass for the hotel parking lot -- there is only room for one car per room and without a pass we would be towed. We asked what we were supposed to do with our car and the response was that we could "check with some local area vendors to see if we could use their parking lot". Whaaat?? No specific location was identified. This all happening as we were leaving to attend a wedding. The website makes no mention of this and we were very frustrated. We left for the wedding and decided to deal with this issue later. Upon return to the hotel we decided to once more ask if an exception could be made and the hotel desk person agreed to give us a parking pass as there were many spots left in the lot. We understood if there are parking constraints but would have appreciated that information ahead of time instead of adding stress and frustration to our trip.

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was VERY clean and the registration process was swift. Looking forward to staying there again.

This would have been okay for a one night stay but the in wall air conditioner made it impossible to sleep. Why would anyone put someone in a room with the loudest ac unit making it impossible to sleep. It was torture. I even contemplated sleeping in my car. Others in my party did not have the wall ac unit. Spent $271 . The ONLY reason why I didn’t complain was because I was there for my daughter and didn’t want her to be upset. Parking was also awful as it was not clearly posted, and the “white lines” your told to look for are non existent.

I loved that there was a refrigerator and microwave. The pillows were soft and very comfortable. I also like the TV. The shower was super clean.

A little outdated and breakfast ended earlier than expected (9:30) but pleasant enough that I’d book again.

Everything was clean and as I would expect in a hotel, and some things were even better than I expected. They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers in the shower, which I hadn't ever seen in a hotel. Also, the free breakfast had quite a variety of food, even with gluten-free options for my kid who has celiac. This saved us a bunch of money, since we didn't have to go out to a restaurant for breakfast. We will be coming back to Durham many times, since my eldest will be attending UNH, and will definitely stay here as often as we can.

I stay here all the time and every time it has been convenient, safe and clean. No difference this time however it was 12 degrees out and the heat in my room did not work. I called to inform the desk that evening and no one came. I informed the desk attendant the next morning and he asked why I didn't call. LOL. I did and now I am too sick to discuss from freezing all night but otherwise it is a nice place to say if you have a student at UNH. Hopefully they fix room 102 before the next guest. TY
