I love how easy the property is to get to and the abundance of free parking. The staff and the free breakfast was a great benefit. The only issue was the heating/ac unit in the room. Either it was on and freezing or on and HOT. So most of the time we got the room temp to a comfortable level and just turned it off until we HAD to adjust the temp again.

When I’m traveling I always try to stay at a Hampton Inn. This one was no exception my stay was Quiet, clean, comfortable, spacious and the breakfast was great!! The staff was very friendly too!!

We paid a high price for this hotel room and it was definitely not worth the price. Things seemed clean, but the condition of the room was poor. The room with the toilet and shower needs a complete gut. The finishes in the room were just unacceptable. The AC never cooled the room down sufficiently. It was one small AC for a large room with five people in it. It was not adequate. The mattress was so so. It was definitely worn and I did not sleep well. The refrigerator was a joke. The freezer was so tiny that we couldn’t even put our ice packs in it. The person at the front desk graciously put our ice packs in a freezer downstairs. I did appreciate the spacious room. And, I appreciate the liquid hand soap instead of having to open the small bar soap. And, I love the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. But, I would try to never stay at this hotel again.

I am not used to chain hotels not missing a beat. Usually, there is one item or another that is just not right. Here, nothing was askew. And the breakfast was better than I had expected. Not a five star hotel but it did a great job of being what it was meant to be and doing what it was supposed to do.

The front desk help (maybe “Rosette”??) or whomever was on duty around 8:30pm was super friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Ive stayed at many Hampton Inn hotels, and this one was the dirtiest, most rundown I've seen. We reserve king size suite amd when we arrived we asked for a 1st floor room near a door (I'm recovering from major surgery on my foot and use a cane ir crutches to get around), and they accompdated us by charging us an additional $30-$40! - the bathtub was filthy with ground in grime. The flooring the bathroom was pull ¾ of an inch away from the tub affording a breading ground of bacteria, mold and rot. -tge coffee pot has old coffee grounds in it from who knows when. -we spilled a little water in the entry hallway and when we wiped it uo with a paper towel it came up black with dirt and filth. God only knows when any of those floors were properly washed. Needless to say we felt better leaving our shoes on until we went to bed. -wallpaper was coming off the walls in several places. In general, poorly maintained, dirty and unaccomodating to my medical issue. This is by far the worst Hampton Inn i have ever stayed in. We were driving home and needed a place to stop for the night. Ther were other less expensive options, but we chise to pay more based on our past experiences at Hampton Inn.

Friendly Staff clean rooms

This property was clean and very easily licated. There are several places around to grab a quick bite. The staff was amazing, they were friendly, knowledgeable and aleays greeted us with a smile. The room was clean and the beds allowed us to have a good nights rest. The duvets are extremely heavy so we folded it up and used the woven blanket in the closet. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we will definitely be using this establishment again when visiting the area.

Easy to get to

Staff were very friendly. I noticed dirty common areas as soon as we entered. Rugs and elevator appeared quite dirty. The room was dusty but bedding appeared clean. The coffee pot was gross/dirty both in room and in common area.
