This was a terrific place to stay and walkable to the Kirkland Performing Arts Center.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was spotless. Amazing restaurant. Food was delicious. The small shops around the hotel were within walking distance. I will definitely stay at this hotel in the near future.

The room was large and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. I never heard anyone on our floor. I wished we could have stayed longer.

We loved the Hotel, people, the charm and design of all that we saw. We requested room service with the front desk and returned to our room, finding it untouched and was told it was our fault for not changing the light on our door. Front desk should have handled that.

The arrival check in took long time. Only one person at the desk. I use a walker and had to climb in a tub. Very difficult. I ordered a handicap room.

There isn’t really anything unique about this hotel, but it is incredibly convenient if you need to stay in Kirkland. Great walk score. The restaurant food is mediocre at best, but there are plenty of walkable restaurants.

What a wonderful town Kirkland is in this hotel is situated right in the middle of it. Seth was friendly and very accommodating with any request. I would highly recommend staying here. If you’re visiting Seattle it’s a short drive away, as well as Woodinville, which has many of the wineries.

Loved my stayed, very clean and quiet. My only minor complain is the WiFi, it was slow. But all was great!

Our stay was Superb! I didn't want to leave.

Thin walls, dark decor and walls, view of an alley and apartment behind, over dumpsters, lots of traffic noise, and can hear people talking in the hallway while lying in bed. The room was cold, dark, and dated. Very disappointing.

Wonderful hotel! Very cute inside and super comfortable beds. The room is a nice size and we had a lovely balcony- large enough to actually sit outside on. Right in the heart of downtown Kirkland, but not on too busy of a street. We will definitely stay here again.

We accidently booked a one-night reservation for the incorrect date; we called the day after we realized it was booked for the wrong date (it was the evening before) and asked if it could be moved to that evening. At first the manager said not a problem, she then called back and said it was nonrefundable, sorry did we want to rebook another room for that evening for the full cost? We said no thank you, later that day we ended up booking the room for that evening after all. I understand completely that it was our fault for booking the wrong day, but couldn't something have been done to help us out? Ie; a discount on the room, a free upgrade, a free drink..anything? Our second experience was that my husband lost his cell phone between the room and the front of the building (our car was parked in front), the credit cards were compromised yadda yadda. That evening I went to the front desk and asked if by chance someone had turned it in, the gal said nope, that was the end of the story, no offer to help, no sympathy. Even the valet guy was aloof. Again, all these are not directly the fault of the hotel, it was just the lack of care by the staff altogether. Last note - the wifi did not work, so we had to use our hotspot while dealing with credit card companies.
