It was a good stay. Above average. I felt safe and comfortable. Liked that breakfast was included.

The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfy. However, when I went down to breakfast at 7:15am, the food was lacking. Perhaps I missed it?

Check in was fair. Upon trying to check in, the clerk could not find the Comfort Suites Mobile confirmation number--nor could she find Expedia's itinerary number. I had provided and shown the clerk the sheet I had with all the information. Fitted bed sheets were not wide enough--the corners weren't deep enough and kept coming off the mattress when we laid in the bed. Carpet was stained with foot rests placed over the stains. Breakfast was pretty good--the lady in charge of keeping food available on Nov. 18 was really great. A high school wrestling team was at the hotel with many members who needed to leave in a short amount of time; they were really "chowing down" but the lady did a really good job to keep refilling items. When large groups are registered and will be leaving at the same time, it is highly recommended that an assistant be provided in order to meet the high food demand over a short period of time. When I asked for a receipt at checkout as we left, I questioned the lady at the counter as to why a Master Card had been charged. We don't have a Master Card. She and we were obviously unaware of what was involved with Expedia's use of a "dummy Master Card" submittal. When I called Expedia to ask a question about this, I was told that that type of receipt was not supposed to be given out to the customers. All staff members we interfaced with were cordial, polite, and helpful.

The facility was dirty. Lights broken. Breakfast was poor. Never staying there again.

First room we we given on first floor was Dirty. Bed covers had stains/ dirt marks on them. Found 2 roaches within 5minutes of entering room. Mold stains on ceiling throughout room as well as dead bug stuck to it. Switched rooms to second floor which was slightly cleaner( bed coverings looked better) but Bathroom was old ,tiling cracked, door didn't lock properly .

It's a surprise. In the first room, there was a blood stain on the cover of the bed, so I moved it to another room, but when I was going to sleep in the second room, there was a bug on the wall next to the bed, and my husband pressed it to death But I couldn't sleep in this hotel because I was nervous. I came out at 11:30pm to go to another hotel It was a terrible experience I need to get the money back

Very clean and comfortable room. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Very close to I-10, a big convenience. Linens were clean and shower was good.

This hotel was set way back and was next to what looked like an empty hotel. The rooms smelled and were dirty. The sheets and pillows were yellow. I was alone and it just didn't feel safe. And when I asked for a refund they said they were no longer gonna discuss the situation and just hung up on us. I will not recommend this place to stay. They didn't even offer an alternative. The reviews that were good on this place lied. I am not from this area so I went off of that. I have stayed at many hotels. This was by far one of the worst. I wouldn't even give it 1 star.

30 minutes to check in because front desk couldn’t figure out how to check me in. Wanted to give me a room with broken TV. Breakfast wasn’t refilled and when staff member was told, she acted like she was overwhelmed by the request. The room smelled stale. Will not be staying there again.

Parking lot shared with other nearby hotels, not fenced or separated. Property backs onto a drainage ditch which is also used as a walking path. Did not have any incident, but overnight desk clerk hesitated to say whether the area was safe to leave my van loaded with personal belongings.

Thank you to the check in staff for helping us out last weekend. We had an issue with our card and the staff went above and was so helpful and gave me time to make sure everything would work out in time for check out on Sunday. Also the kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. Everything was clean and welcoming! Thanks again from your Indiana guests. We will be back.

Property is older and smelt terrible when we went in with no ac on! Smelled like an old house that had been shut up for a while! Stains on carpet! Hot water was great and bed comfy but bad pillows!

We were here only one night, but the room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. There was even a little mid-room with a couch before reaching the area with the bed. Some very nice touches. When we went for breakfast, they were out of nearly all hot food, but one of the employees hustled back to the kitchen to be sure we would have egg and sausage before we left. Thank you!

The property was terrible! It’s the worst Comfort Suites I’ve been to! We’re a trucking family so we travel a lot & when we got in the room everything appeared fine until it was time for me to disinfect. There was blood on the cover. The toilet & countertop was dirty, there was hair in the shower that obviously didn’t come from us, & terrible spots on the carpet that appeared to be fresh because it left spots on my sons socks! Stay away there’s other hotels in the area that’ll be better!

Manager was extremely accommodating and helpful

Was told by front desk that the pool was closed. The a/c in room was full of dust and mold. Fire system hanging from ceiling. Then find out the next morning from a different staff member that the pool was not closed. I am in contact with the health code board due to my kids being sick ever since we left that hotel. I do expect a full refund.

Biscuits but no gravy🤔. Seems as if gravy would have been such an easy addition. 2 of the 3 luggage carts we tried were extremely hard to maneuver. Otherwise no complaints whatsoever.

Everything was fine until a noisy group of youth showed up but that’s not the hotels fault. What was really disappointing was breakfast. While its setup to be great, the young man assigned to take care of it was walking around without any motivation. I got there about 8am and there was nothing there besides some tasteless egg rounds. No coffee, no waffle mix, no sausage, trash can overflowing, hard boiled eggs disgusting.

Room was OK, bed comfortable. Breakfast was not great. We stayed there 2 days, and there was no butter to use on toast, English muffins or waffles on both days. There were no knives on the second day. Raisin bran was running out. When we went back to our room after breakfast on the second day, our key would not work. We went back to the desk clerk who swiped our card again. That card didn't work either. We went back again and she made a new card and came up to the room again. That card worked.

The property was nice. There was plenty of parking. The room was clean and it was quiet!

Room was clean but toilet would not flush paper and poop down.

The check-in is terrible; you are smacked with a $50 deposit fee that is not discussed on the website. The room was very dusty, the carpet had big red stains on it, there are lights in your face at night because the curtains are only sheer and no close all the way. The air conditioner vent was dirty. There was something black around the corners of the bathtub. I will more than likely not stay here again.

No frills hotel. The bed wasn’t to bad, but we’ve definitely slept in better. Hotel staff quite pleasant. There was some remodeling going on but you’d never know if you didn’t see the workers. Would stay again if passing through that area.

We’ve been here 10 minutes and already killed 2 roaches inside the room. Down the hall there’s a door, obviously propped open by staff, with a hatch open and protruding into the hallway. A printed sign says something about throwing rags down the chute. What if someone threw their little brother in?

I arrived at the hotel earlier than expected on November 25. I wanted to know if I could check in early. The receptionist was rude and not willing to accommodate. The hotel was not full at all. It was almost empty. I didn't understand why she couldn't be accommodating. So, I had to find something to do until check-in time. But the receptionist that evening was nice. This is the hotel in Mobile/Tillman's corner.
