Convenient and well maintained.

The elevator was dirty and the outside entrance was very
dirty and needs some major cleaning. The room was clean and pleasant.

Called day in advance to see if I could get early check in, how much pets fees were and if the room was in ground floor. Was advised yes could have early check in, the king suite was in ground floor and I would be charged $15 per pet/per stay, totally $30. Upon arrival I was given early check in, however the room was on the 2nd floor and the pets were $15 per night - totally $60. Not a huge deal.. but still. The person checking me in advised the rooms upstairs were newer and nicer!! Entering my room… the TV didn’t work, the sink was clogged with soap in the pipes that was leaking all over the floor, the shower didn’t drain properly, and the tall lamp stopped working!! I will say the bed and pillows were comfortable. Luckily my husband was me and was able to fix most issues within our room. As for the room being newer/nicer … all I can say… is if that’s newer/nicer upstairs, I would dread to see downstairs. I do stay at La Quintas often… this one is not up to standard.

Hotel was being remodeled. We had an old room. It was clean. Didn’t have good hot water. Check in staff wasn’t friendly but the rest were. Breakfast was very limited and the microwave wouldn't work to warm the biscuits for the gravy. We weren’t in the room much at all so it was fine for the money.

The building is old and in bad shape. The elevator is dirty. The hallway wasn't clean and smell bad. The room was showing it's age with peeling paint, the bathroom faucet handle fell off the first time my wife touched it, the lamp had rust over most of the base. The couch had dog hair all over it so we didn't dare sit on it. Had no idea if the bedding was clean or not ut the pillows smled bad. There was nothing out for the continental breakfast at 8.30 am but bagels, cereal, and yogurt . Looked like there had been hot food but it was gone. Mywifewas going to eat some cereal but when she took a bite it was real stale. This is the worse place we have stayed at in 40 years. Not what I expected from Hotels.com.

Carpet dirty trigger allergies. Bathtub slippery and water all over the bathroom floor. Breakfast poor. Coffee lukewarm. Hotel is run down.

Check in was excellent, staff was amazing! Room was nice, bathroom door had an issue, but other than that we were well pleased.

The name Wyndham used to mean something. This place had uncomfortable beds. The sundry shop only took cash and everything was $3. The waffle maker was broken, they didn't have eggs or tea. I know that it's a La Quinta, but you'd expect the Wyndham name would kick things up a bit. Not so much.

We had to move 3 times and still was not happy with conditions of the rooms, ripped sheets, horrible bathrooms, never vaccumed, bad food, Mr Patel should be ashamed to put his name on this property, I would like a full refund! There is no quality control here!

Floors desperately needed to be vacuumed; both the hallways and guest rooms, items in room were greasy & dusty, toilets were not properly cleaned, toilet seat didn’t fit toilet, bedsheets were ripped and stained. There needs to be some sort of QUALITY control to be sure that rooms are clean and sanitary for all guests.

The property is not what the pictures show online, it’s old and low maintained. Shower is rusty and the bed sheets smell. Furniture need cleaning. The breakfast doesn’t look fresh

The people were nice but every nigbt i had to go and get new keys bc the ones i had stopped working, the hotel room needed some updating and needed some repairs. There was some holes in the wall and there was a cockroach running around. I was fsirly disappointed, especially since i love these hotels and have used them numerious times. I was disappointes

The bathroom door would not shut. We had to put a trash can in front of it to hold the door shut. The beds were comfortable.

Property is older and needs upgrading. The tV remote did not work and they had no others to give us. The breakfast was pretty good with items being hot.

Room was dirty. Moved a chair and found trash underneath it, along with a previous guest’s dirty sock. The lamp bases hadn’t been dusted in a long time. There was a ring around the bath tub and the air vent was thickly crusted with gray lint and dust. Spilled water on the floor and went to wipe it up - towel ended up filthy. Bed seemed clean but I was nervous about it.

Hotel.com reviews and rating are skewed and wildly inaccurate for this location. If not for our late check-in with a young child and lack of near-by availability, we would have left immediately after checking in. Bathroom had visible mold growing on rotting sink base from leaks at faucet. Shower/tub surround had visible holes from fixture replacements allowing water into wall - allowing untold mold and moisture to fester and grow...not surprised that first floor ceilings below room 206 had visible water damage with poor repair attempts. Big-box store dehumidifiers running in hallways. Stairwells visibly soiled with stairs separating from walls, ancient veteran cobwebs, and air return vents hanging dangerously and tenuously from the ceiling.
Front desk was very polite and as helpful as they could be. Appeared to be only employee at night. Unaware of lack of linen in room or of particular types of linen required to make a bed. Completely out of pillows for hotel - had to fold up a mattress pad for my child.

Lovely hotel very accommodating staff breakfast was great the only complaint was the bathroom needed some attention housekeeping needs to do more than fresh towels. There was mold under the sink and the front of the toilet was obviously dirty

Took a very long time to get from reservation to getting the key. Room smelled like smoke. Holes in walls. Ceiling showed sign of water damage (1st floor). Terrible lighting. Was too dark in bathroom and in main room. Curtains were a mess. No privacy curtain so had to pull decorative curtain together but then it covered the AC unit. Hall ceiling had large holes with insulation falling out. TP holder in bathroom was broken off wall. Tub had cracks. Found 1 empty bottles of conditioner, 1 on fridge and 1 by tissue paper in bathroom. Was this room cleaned? Asked another guest if her room was in disrepair she had a similar story. It was late do we stayed anyway. I want my money back. Really expected more from La Quinta brand. Lobby and breakfast area was newly renovated. Bed was comfortable and sheets were fresh. This hotel should be shut down until renovation is completed!!! Do NOT recommend at this time!!
