I booked on hotels.com and fully prepaid for a 3 day stay to be sure I would have two beds. I was traveling with a friend of the opposite gender so two beds was important to me. Upon check in I’m told my room has been changed to a king bed. I said I didn’t approve that and after going around with the staff I was told they couldn’t do anything because I booked with hotels.com and I would have to take it up with them….as the hotel was fully booked.
The elevator was broken the entire 3 days I was there. Never a service person even working on it.

Check-in was smooth, however, the first room they gave us hadn't been cleaned yet. There was still garbage in the room & there was no bedding. The next room was very clean. No complaints with it. There were no towels by the pool. I'm pretty forgiving of hotel breakfast, but this one was rough.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in (2 queen beds, nonsmoking). There was a microwave and mini fridge in room. The free breakfast also had a ton of options and was kept well stocked throughout the morning. The only negative during our stay was that the walls do seem kind of thin (you could hear road noise, doors closing, toilet flushing from another room, etc).

The USB charging ports were broken in 2 places in the room, and the toilet ran constantly unless jiggled the handle just right. Overall though, it didn’t bother us during our stay.

This was the noisiest hotel stay I’ve ever had. You can literally hear everything going on in rooms next to you. Kids running around, toilets flushing, conversations- just terrible.

All of the personnel were very friendly. The lady when we checked in (Fatima) went to great lengths to make sure we were comfortable. I have trouble walking and our room was originally at the very end of the hallway from the elevator. We asked if there was a room closer to the elevator and she immediately switched us to a room much closer.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room smelled very stale and our sink did not drain. We had to brush our teeth in the bathtub.

I had an amazing stay at that hotel. Everyone was so nice and so helpful. The wrong was very clean in the bed was so comfortable and that was quiet as it was that loud noise the atmosphere just clean and there a gym and a call just really really nice time. We’re really nice time there.

The gal who was on nights during our stay was so nice. We enjoyed our stay. The only things that kept it from higher scores for me were the bathtub had a lot of rust spots that you could feel when you showered, the toilet didn't flush well, there was a very musty smell in the entrance/bathroom area and the hot breakfast that was served until 10, almost everything hot was gone by 9 so you have to be downstairs super early if you want any chance at it

Hotel was fine except the last two nights, loud, drunk idiots in the room next to me would not quiet down past 1am! I only slept 4 hours. Complained to the front desk but the problem continued.

Honestly this was probably the most cleanest nicest and friendliest hotels I had ever stayed with the room was absolutely clean there were complimentary bottles of free water there were makeup remover wipes in my bathroom the staff was super friendly breakfast was amazing

This properly is located veey close to downtown Cincy but at the edge of a quaint historic neighborhood. Great price. Clean and good breakfast.

The staff was wonderful and the room was well-kept. There were some noise disturbances during my stay, another room was blaring music until midnight, but that is not the hotel's fault. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices!

Check in was nice fast and easy. The location to down Cincinnati was good learned about a shuttle that was $1 that took us across bridge was great. Would stay again.

This is a very nice hotel. We found it to be well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered was great... a good selection of items and cooked perfectly. This breakfast area was also kept very clean. The bed was comfortable. This hotel has a quiet policy overnight and it was wonderful not to have loud noises in the hall waking us up. There is also an inexpensive shuttle to take you to many areas around Newport, Covington and Cincinnati. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
