Very good experience overall

I visited this hotel every Christmas since 2013. Keep renovating to modern style. We will visit again 2024

The staff were amazing and the hotel location was excellent. However the bed was quite lumpy and uncomfortable. Also we could hear lots of noise from other guests which also made it difficult to sleep. I would love to give this place a higher rating because they got a lot right.

Loved the heated pool and hot tub, set up for winter perfectly and the adult only time as well!

Beautiful rooms and lovely location. Comfortable beds and nice to have extra pillows and mountain view is wonderful, wish I was staying longer. Will be back!

Fabulous room, lovely grounds, excellent location.

The rooms had people all in them and could hardly hear anyone or dogs

Lack of seating in the living room. Layout was awkward as bathroom should be attached to Bedroom. Lack of proper closet and lack of drawers ie. no chest of drawers. Basically for the high price of the unit, it was very disappointing.

The room clean and roomy. The carpet and furniture are showing their age and could be updated. Very expensive for an very average accommodation in a small town.

The was a problem with our room, had to switch rooms. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Helped problem solve and make us feel welcomed.

I did the no-touch check in / out so I guess the staff is great! This was a nice, basic property. I was a little disappointed in the room amenities, and the TV's are ancient. The pull out sofa bed mattress was on it's last legs. The beds were fine though, and the restaurant was yummy. I'd stay there again

Nice room. Comfortable bed and living room area. Kitchen was very well stocked. Pool and hot tub were nice. Attached restaurant serves really good chicken. Will stay here again.

Well equipped kitchen, large deck, comfy space. Enjoyd the on site bar/restaurant. The underground parking for vehicles under 6'6" Enjoyed our stay.

It's a new wer hotel, good kitchenettes, reasonably priced....good for business

Place was perfect, except temperature Control radiators were loud and needed maintenance and building was poorly sound proofed. Wonderful staff. Nice room with full kitchen. Beautiful view. Gym, hot tub and pool very nice and clean.

Having a kitchenette and washer/ dryer was very helpful for a family vacation, as was the good restaurant on site. Two things it would have been nice to have: if the tv provided service channels to watch, rather than having to cast from our own device; providing an electric car charging station (even if we have to pay to charge).

We will come here again. Love the hot tub

Beautiful location!

Great place to stay for the Squamish 50 race weekend! It was close to the race, and we got to check out some of the hikes in the Whistler area. And, the staff was super friendly, and the hot tub was nice as well!

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks while traveling to Squamish with my baby in June. The staff was extremely helpful and made sure my stay was comfortable. They even upgraded my room to the 1 bedroom suite knowing I'd need laundry with a baby! 🤗Room service was generous to come back at a time when the baby was not sleeping. Staff and room service was very friendly and checked on me and my baby when they saw us! Both the studio suite and the 1 bedroom suite were very spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable unlike other hotel beds! The blackout curtains were amazing for my baby to sleep longer in summer. The kitchen provided everything you need for a stay. The dishwasher is a tad loud as others have noted. There's plenty of parking on site. Excellent views from the balcony! I don't have all the details of it but there's also a daycare in the same building, not associated to the hotel!
