Stopped on our way home from vacation. Clean, friendly place to stop. Convenient to 95. Would highly recommend.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was central but quiet

For the price, this was an excellent hotel experience and a great value. I had an event at the Henrico Sports & Events Center, which is literally across the street. This is not a five star luxury hotel, but for the price point it was an excellent experience.

This hotel is my go-to whenever I visit Virginia. However, I wasn't as impressed during my last stay. The room we stayed in had a few tiny dead insects (flies and tiny bugs) on the walls and the air unit was really loud. The bed was pretty uncomfortable (lumpy), and I was surprised when they didn't have any extra blankets or pillows. Overall, it's still a decent hotel but I probably won't be as quick to book here again in the future.

Wasn't too bad , check in was a little slow only had one person working the front counter and she seemed very overwhelmed , Took the room forever to heat up , heater was very noise. everything was a little outdated. Spacious room though and shower had great pressure and hot water.

In the original room we were given the AC wasn’t working, we called down to the front desk in the middle of the night and were moved to another room. In the second room the bed was broken, my daughter and I rolled into the center of the mattress but with 3 hours to sleep before her first day of tournament we just tried to sleep the best we could. I called while out of the room to have maintenance look at the bed and once we were returned they informed me they had fixed the bed.

Overall fine. The hotel was relatively clean, but some parts were in somewhat poor condition--scuffed walls and trim, etc. Just looked a little shabby in places. Pool and hot tub were working and were open late, which was great. The chlorine in the hot tub seemed very strong--our eyes were burning while sitting in it. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fine--mostly average, but the "bold" variety of coffee (at breakfast, not in the room) was good, and the waffle machine was a great addition. Waffles were different flavors each day.

For a 2 night stay had to switch rooms once- the air conditioner was broken in the first room and the lady tried to tell Me it was because of the temperature change, I told her no, the compressor isn’t coming one. Then the second room we got the bed was broken, slept horribly that night. The did send someone to fix the bed the next day. But when I asked for pillows that night to help even out the broken bed, I even had to fight for those. It was not a great stay considering.

Quiet and comfortable, easy to get to... and into. Room was spacious, clean, and a great value. Breakfast was worthwhile. Lots of shopping and dining within a 3-minute drive.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

This was a good location for where I needed to go

The fire alarm went off at 3:40 am and woke us up. The fire department came and checked the building. I was at the front desk when the fireman in charge determined it must be a faulty alarm and to call the alarm company to come check on it. We left then.

Nice pool and hot tub area

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Not noisy or too much traffic in and out of building.

Rooms are not clean and the corridors are not well maintained

Wonderful stay

Dove products are being offered on another hotels and should be considered, also room was advertised as hot tub room also had pictures of hot tube but when in property it has a standing shower, I ask from desk and lady says it was deceiving, I think if you advertise something it should be as advertised

You should not run out of eggs two hours before the breakfast hours are over. A regular waffle mix should be offered and not two flavored ones.

The property was nice. The staff was friendly. It was clean and quiet. The rooms was larger than expected; veey impressed.

The staff did it for us! Most young boys the age of my grandson are into PS5. Well the internet was not pairing with his PS5. They worked with us to make sure he got connected and provided everything we needed while we were there!

I always enjoy staying here! You can always expect the level of quality to be above most of the rest. The staff are friendly and are happy to take care of you your needs, and anything else. So this is why I’m going to mention about the breakfast. I can’t say that I was even halfway satisfied with this. This morning they had sausage and eggs and sausage, gravy and biscuits. It was around 830 and I can understand keeping the volume of food items low as not to waste. I’m sorry to say there were nothing but crumbs of eggs in the pan and nothing but grease marks left from where the sausages used to be as it had none. The biscuits are always hard on the bottom and the sausage gravy this morning was just like water thin and almost transparent. The coffee was out and there was just a little of the bold left, which I cut with water to make a half a cup of coffee. An employee was there to manage the food situation, but they were doing a very poor job in my opinion. She did bring just a few more eggs out, but there was a mad dash for that little bit of eggs. She didn’t bring any more sausage. I think it could have been a little bit better.

Easy to find location convenient to shopping and the new sports convention center. Room was clean with plenty of space for a family of four.
