Staff was excellent

It was super clean, quiet, and pet friendly.

During my stay a fight broke out in the room above mine. No mayter how i asked nothing was done so i was unable to sleep. The water was so brown that i was unable to shower. The staff did zero to accomodate. Have tried for 4 days to reach the GM by phone and leaving messages with no one calling me back. Beware of this hotel!

Desk personnel was excellent. Very friendly & professional . Restroom in lobby designated “employees only”. That is a real TACKY move. Breakfast was not a plus. Room was clean & comfortable

I wanted to like this place because the staff was so friendly, but it just didn’t do it for me.

They were nice enough to give me a different room when I was concerned about the quietness of the first room offered. Still couldn’t figure out the TV, though!

The hotel was the quietist I have ever stayed at. Beds very comfortable and the staff pleasant My only complaint was breakfast bar was very basic and by Sunday out of fruit.

Very quiet out of the way and pet friendly. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Hard to find a pet friendly hotel that is not smelly or not clean. The only draw back is the only close food option is Waffle House. But a nice walk with the dogs after being in the car so long.

Property ok .nothing exceptional

Overall nice stay.

I checked in with my daughter and was immediately taken aback by the dirty room, paint chipped dirty walls, dirty looking carpet, & more…so I called the front desk to see if maybe we can move rooms to a cleaner one. The guy said he wasn’t sure how to move us and needs to call the mgr who isn’t avail,& to just sit on the bed or chair & wait till he hears back. Mind you, we need to get ready for a wedding. 1.5hrs later I call back downstairs to see if they can help me yet & a new lady says she is trying to call the mgr again. We HAVE to get ready so we proceed to the bathroom and see beer bottle caps, a used wash cloth, and hair in the tub. I call her back and say we want to leave please cancel my reservation. After 45 min of her trying to do her best, I get a cxl email so we leave to find a new cleaner hotel. Two days later, I’m charged the entire weekend. I’ve been trying to call and NO ONE can help me. Manager is still MIA 7days later, and all they can tell me is I have to wait for her and they don’t know when she will be back. I ABSOLUTELY understand if this manager is going through something personal, BUT have someone else handling your customers with situations they cannot. I’m out a couple hundred dollars and at this moment, I don’t know how to get it back!

Hotel is in pretty good condition. Room was very comfortable. Manager put out breakfast a bit earlier for me, which was very considerate. Since I was there two days, I opted for the queen suite.

Quiet area and safe.room was clean

There was great value for what we needed. The room was small (obviously with a microtel) but very practical and were gone all day so we just needed a clean, safe place to shower and sleep which it was!

Very friendly staff

It literally takes an act of God (Hurricane Idalia) to get my parents to leave home. My step dad has COPD and is on oxygen 24/7. After driving 150 miles and finding out the first hotel I booked should be condemned, I reserved a suite here. Upon arrival my step dads portable oxygen ran out and he needed to plug his other one in. The couple at the desk got my parents into a room immediately. The man (forgive me for not knowing names) brought an oxygen machine to the room, hooked it up and even gave my step dad new hosing. He talked with my parents as if they were old friends. My mom is in her 70s and does not like leaving her comfort zone(HOME). This couple made her feel at ease, as if it was Home away from Home. She loved the room and says it was the best sleep she's had in years! To the couple that my mom cant stop talking about, your kindness made a huge impact and will never be forgotten. (In fact she is already talking about going back) God Bless you and your family.

Just ok for a one night stay. Room did not smell very fresh, rusty tissue dispenser, tile in bathroom had stains. Queen bed seemed small for a queen. For the price, it is about what I expected.

I would definitely reccomend this location. Its not in a busy area. This tuxked away quietly. The property is well maintained, the xleaness of this hotel us exceptiinal. The only issue is there is not ice machines on every floor. The hairdryer in the bathroom stopped working but the desk clerk had it replaced in no time.

It’s a great place to stay and very affordable. Will look ok for more of these locations in each state I travel too.

My only negative about this property was that I brought an issue to the attention of the staff regarding the refrigerator in my room being frozen up and not cooling properly. Their work order was for after I departed the property which did me no good during my stay and the refrigerator was pretty much useless during my stay. Disappointing.

The bathroom could use some work. The rest of oir stay was fine.

Overall I was very pleased with our stay and would have given the hotel 5 stars had there not been some housekeeping issues. The staff both evening and morning were polite and pleasant. The outdoor property and lobby were clean and well maintained. Our room, a queen bed suite, was bigger than expected. My only complaints are that there was popcorn under the sleeper sofa cushions, the tissue in the bathroom was empty and bathroom was not well cleaned. Despite the housekeeping issues, if we are to stay in Perry again, we would stay here again.

We were there for 1 night and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The only negative thing i can say was the bathroom had hair on floor and in bath tub i had to clean and the coffee maker was broken, all in all the hotel and staff were fine

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and had all new towels, sheets and bedding .Will be staying there again our next time traveling!
