Perfect spot, reasonable charges, basic accommodations. Front desk staff very polite and late check in was smooth.

Beds are way to small

This hotel is an updated old-school motel that is situated among the newer high-rises. The updates to the rooms included tiled wood floors, kitchenettes and cool painted colors. Great location across the street from the beach. Pool was nice and service was great!

The front desk cletk was not friendly was a bit stand-offish. The layout in room was awkward. Definitely too much light coming through the blinds at night. Very bright light from the front door from lights from the property and very bright lights coming througj bedroom window from property lights. The room was clean on the surface.

Great last minute booking. Great service, clean and worked perfectly for our quick weekend trip.

It was a clean hotel, excellent service and great location with easy access to the beach and restaurants. It was cooler when we visited but the heated pool was a bonus and we could still swim.

This hotel should rightfully be called a motel, and resort should be nowhere in the title. This hotel has cold cement floors everywhere except in the rooms, which are tiled. Our first room had a King size bed and a pull-out couch (we didn't need the couch) and was a decent size. When we arrived, there was a large puddle of water in the middle of the room, with no indication of where the water came from. I should have just wiped up the water and be done with it, but I called the front desk (had to use my cell phone as there are no phones in the rooms). Manager came up and determined the leak came from the air conditioner and "upgraded" us to another room that had a view of the pool - big deal. It also had a smaller bed and couch, and the room was smaller. Walls are thin, and you hear everything your neighbors are watching or talking about. Oh, and there was construction right outside our door at TWO THIRTY IN THE MORNING. Not the hotel's fault, but it didn't help our perception of our stay. Their policy is NOT to clean your room unless you request it. The bed had just a sheet and a very thin blanket, so thankfully the heater worked just fine, as Florida can be cold in January.

It was good but was noisy in between. some construction going around always.
