Our favorite place to stay when skiing the franconia mountains. Amazing hot and cold breakfast. The pool, with hot tub and sauna are great for apres ski. The rooms were clean, updated, and decently sized. The location is fantastic, by lots of restaurants and a 15 minute drive to the two larger area mountains. Just be aware that this is a very family oriented place. So, if you're looking for peace and quiet poolside, after your ski day... it's unlikely. Kids abound.

The room smelled a little musty when we first got there. Probably due to the humidity from the hot tub. We were able to air it out.

Overall it was good, but the photos of the standard king room was quite deceiving. It said bathtub and had a photo of a jacuzzi tub. Since they put a photo of it I was expecting to have one in the room. It was disappointing since I would go for a cheaper option if they didn’t put a photo of it. Another issue was the hotel’s photos felt very different than the actual. The hotel looks like it has a lake/pond view and it was a tiny artificial pond which was empty.

We were up in Lincoln NH for some snowboarding fun at Loon Mountain so we decided to try this place out. The location of this place was perfect for getting on the slopes early. The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the restaurant was great. I plan on staying here again for our next trip to Loon Mtn.

When we arrived at the hotel room for our stay the heat was completely off and the room was freezing. The wall thermostat did nothing. Figured out that we had to turn the heat on on the wall unit itself. Stayed for about an hour and a half to try to get the room warm but the heat didn’t do much. There was M&Ms on the floor under the bed. All the towels and bedding were damp. When we went to leave because my wife refused to stay, without even asking for a refund she was told that they would not refund us.

Good area, hotel room wasn't very clean. Sheets had stains on them. Water sitting in the extra sink. Shower hadn't been cleaned. Also very loud, you can hear every door opening and closing, every foot step, very hard to sleep.

I stayed here about two years ago… I loved it then and I loved it now! Rooms were clean, bed comfy, staff was friendly, pool was open late, and located in a great area near of food options and nature trails. Small breakfast was provided each morning which was convenient. The only two “negative” things I have to say are that the indoor pool lights were not on during the day so it was a bit dark when swimming on a cloudy day, and for the last two nights of my stay the people staying in the room above me sounded like elephants stomping on the floor late at night and early in the morning. Other than that, everything was fabulous and I will definitely be back!

Had a nice 1-night stay at Woodwards while visiting to see the Ice Castles (which were also great!). Had an issue with the heater in our room shutting off repeatedly, apparently due to a neighboring room running both the stand alone heater plus the thermostat on the wall which was tripping the breaker. But the staff was very responsive and spoke to the other guest and the issue was resolved. Enjoyed a nice meal in the bar with great live music! Would definitely stay here again.

Ok well it was nice but needed a deep clean . wasn't vacuumed found hair elastics on floor shower doors wouldn't stay shut table was very unstable .

The property is cute, some areas are a little dated but overall for the price it’s a nice spot with great views, me and my husband had a great stay and would come back again.

Room wasn’t cleaned. Found a half used bar of soap and a precious guests dirty underwear under the blanket. Hotel staff only offered me a refund of $30…like, what?!

My boyfriend and our 6 kids just got back from our stay & the staff was wonderful, the room was clean and comfy, the food was yummy and the pool/hot tub/sauna area was clean. Wish the heated pool was alittle warmer but that’s a very minor issue, we still enjoyed it and had a great time. The area had a quiet small town feel but was close to shopping and we ate at a great little place called The Common Man only a short 7 min drive and the food, staff and atmosphere was amazing! We are very happy with our stay & would def. Consider staying again… maybe in the summer when it’s warm so we can’t check out the water park right next door!!

At this hotel, I could not park my car before checking in.
So I parked the car at outside street during check in process.
After checking in, there was a fine ticket (90$) for parking in my car.
I told that to the hotel, but they said it’s not responsibility of the hotel.
However, I think my parking penalty is partly responsible for the hotel because of hotel check-in process with not inside parking prior to check-in.
Also, they didn’t notify me the information of hotel parking prior to check-in in advance.
If I go to the Montreal again in the future, I will not use this hotel.

Nice property for a cheaper stay. Our room had a lot of flies and there were sketchy stains on the carpet. They don’t clean unless you request. The property just didn’t seem that clean, but for one or two nights it’s fine.

The check in was terrible. First room wreaked of smoked although supposedly all rooms are non smoking. Four rooms later and a visit from the maintenance guy we got heating and cooling that worked. The maintenance guy was awesome but the check in clerks had NO IDEA what was wrong. They kept mentioning something about the air being turned off for the winter. Very nice but honestly clueless.
The bar/restaurant personnel were awesome. Very welcoming, competent and fun.
If you have anyone on the second story above you be ready for hearing every step they make.
The grounds were nice and the rooms clean.

The priperty is very clean and upkept. The beds are so comfortable and clean. Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay we loved the fact that it was close to a small center where you could find things to do.
