Nice older hotel i thought it was beautiful. The swimming pool and othet outdoor space was lovely. Staff friendly and helpful

The hotel is ok for the fee and it’s no too far from the downtown, however they need few adjustments for the clients, the restaurant were unavailable and near is just the oxxo, something inside the hotel would be fine

Beautiful hotel with a nice pool and just far enough from San Miguel’s centro. There’s an Oxxo across the street for convenience and various food stands a few steps away.
Only bad thing was that they advertised “high speed” WiFi. Turned out it’s subject to the lobby, not to the rooms. Bummer but oh well. Parking is free, but kind of a hassle to get out the car to tell the front desk to open the garage and stop by the desk when leaving. Other than that, room was very clean and hotel offers a spa with 10% off discount for services when you’re a hotel guest.

The property is beautiful! Unfortunately it is in an area that is industrialized and lacks restaurants. Not even coffee in the morning. We could not get information on the shuttle to Leon airport and were offered a taxi for an 1.5 hour trip. Did find a home nearby where they make pan dulces so we has something to eat before our trip to the airport. Coffee across a busy street for mini-mart machine style coffee.
