Very nice hotel. Beautiful renovation of an old factory building. Room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet. Reasonable walk to both the rail station and center of town. Will definitely stay here again, when in Lancaster.

the only problem we had with our stay was that the walls and floors were paper thin...could hear everything in the rooms adjacent and people walking above....otherwise our stay was quite enjoyable

Hotel was beautiful and unique. Directions brought us in the back of the hotel and the lobby was a little tricky to find.

Everything was great, would stay again.

Hairball on rug, small black hair on bed, soap dish in bathroom dirty. Also, hotel was loud and we heard non-stop running on the 3rd floor above us.

My husband and I were looking for peace and quite. Even with a huge wedding party in attendance, we were very pleased. Excellent place to stay.

The bed was full of hair and had wrinkles on the sheets which made me think it wasn't clean. That was off putting. The room could use updates.

Rooms are very noisy

The hotel has always been top shelf for our previous 10 stays. Unfortunately during COVID pandemic they stopped their wonderful complimentary breakfast offering and have not restarted. The onsite restaurant is not open for breakfast. There are no decent restaurants nearby /walking distance, that are open on Sunday morning. So either fast food or a old school diner 1.5 miles away.

The architecture is amazing and the history of the site quite interesting. It is a very comfortable place to to stay with plenty of good food nearby. Didn't have a coffeemaker in the room, but they offer an excellent brew downstairs. Nice little shop available, too. Overall, a great experience.

There was a wedding and it was pretty noisy - glad i was on the 4th floor!!!

Wonderful stay, clean and comfortable, excellent staff. Only down-side would be the lack of an in-room coffee maker. Microwave and refrigerator in-room, why not coffee as well??

So unique and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

cool spot. i’ve stayed there during the week for business a couple times and would/will return. front desk staff and bar/restaurant staff are great. rooms are good, shower pressure good. Gym is serviceable. they should just invest in bigger TVs!

It was a first-rate hotel. We loved staying there!

Building was unique.

Unique hotel! The rooms were spacious and very clean, staff was very welcoming. The only thing that I would improve would the size of the TV and possibly suggest to mount it as it was low and dare to see while laying down. Also the room didn’t have a microwave or coffee maker. No breakfast option

Not much to do in the area and not a lot offered on site.

Very inviting, and very clean. Morning coffee, and evening infused water. The help at the desk is friendly and informative. The restaurant is fabulous. Not a lot to do in the immediate area, but easy to get around, go in to city center, or head to Amish attractions.

Beautiful property! Rooms are spacious and very updated.

Check in was relatively normal, easy, but all the parking was marked no hotel parking except for 2 small lines right at the lobby building. We had to make another trip in to ask where to park. We were told to ignore the signs and park anywhere. That would have been helpful at check-in. There are no signs leading to the hotel rooms. We got a vague wave 'that way' and had to figure it out. Having said that, once we got parked and found the room, it was more than sufficient, clean, comfortable. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes from the places we were heading this past weekend (Berlin, kitchen kettle, furniture stores). It has clearly become quite the event place as there were weddings both Fri & Sat which added noise and cars, full restaurant, very busy place.

Hotel was wonderful-staff, size of room, noise levels beds & location. We ate dinner on site one night and were pleased with choices, prices & our waitress.
2 problems—-one was room lighting. We were in building 9, room 127 and the lighting Was terrible. Both rooms had whole areas devoid of any light. The bedroom had 2 small lamps on the bureaus next to the bed-that was it! No floor lamps near the chair or anywhere on other side of the large room. Also the table lamps were so low it was hard to read in bed. The other room had the same problem-1 side had all the light.
The other issue was- mirrors or lack thereof. Not one full length. None outside bathroom. Solutions should be easy.

No vanity room. No room in shower for amenities. No light in bathroom to speak of. 3 days with no room service. Very convention or seminar oriented. Air conditioner sounded like a bomb going off every time it turned on n like a freight train running then shut off n silence until next time. Had to leave a day early for lack of sleep. Nothing outside to enjoy the day. Rooms couldn’t have had a colder atmosphere. Could go on n on. Very misrepresented by Travelocity

Beautiful hotel and great restaurant/ bar

We really liked the room and property but we stayed on the third floor and the ceiling creaked with every step from the people above us.

It’s a nice, non-chain spot in an historic property. However, it’s a bit dimly lit inside (lobby, hallways, and room) which leads me to believe some aspects needs cleaning or renovation. The comfort of the bed was good, but the quality of sleep was poor due to the noise. The wood ceiling/floors above my room squeaked and creaked with every footstep or movement of the guests in the room above mine. I don’t think the folks were purposely being noisy, it’s just that the rooms have no soundproofing. If you’re a light sleeper, go elsewhere.

I always stay at the Marriott Penn Station as it is closer to where I conduct business at... Walking distance, but they did not have a room on a last minute trip. Selected this hotel based on our business partner recommendation and it did not disappoint. Penn Station is more convenient, but this is my new go to if I can not get a room at the Marriott. Staff was great, very clean, rate was competitive and overall I can highly recommend. Did not eat at the restaurant located at the hotel, but I did hear from other guest that were staying that it was very good. Overall Highly Recommend

The atmosphere is striking. The idea of being in an old cork factory is truly unique.
The only problem I had was the toilet. I am an old man and the toilet is very short. Need hand rails for assistance. Thanks

It was near one of the best children’s museum in US and Quips an excellent restaurant and the front desk staff was awesome.

Accommodating staff, very interesting/attractive building, great shower, nice bartender. All good!

The facility is clean and attractive. The restaurant is nice and the food was good. My room was located outside of the main building and there was no way to access the lobby or restaurant without having to go outside. There is no coffee available in the rooms or in the wing where my room was. Going outside to get to a cup of coffee in the morning was inconvenient and if it was winter…it would have been very irritating. There is no breakfast offered at the facility and the restaurant is only open for dinner. The front desk staff were not very personable. I’ve stayed in many hotels and motels and this experience ranks low on my list.

A very unique Hotel filled with charm and character!

Disappointed in the hotel. First the listing did not indicate that the restaurant was not open. It is only open Wednesday to Saturday and only from 5-9 pm. We selected this hotel because it had a restaurant especially for breakfast
Secondly there was no housekeeping service. We are there for 4 days and when we asked they just gave us towels and garbage bag. They never even took the garbage. We asked again and then they said we had to request housekeeping service since they were short on staff. What hotel requires that a guest ask for housekeeping?? They never even told us this when we checked in. This was not acceptable
We would not go back and not recommend it

They were very accommodating for all the guests attending a wedding. They allowed us to check in early to get ready. Very cool property. Would stay again if ever in the area again.
