The hotel was very clean and the room very nice with an amazing view but the young lady at the front desk during our check out was very rude when answering our question.

We booked this hotel as part of a business trip for our team.
We book hundreds of stays per year for our remote teams and always have good experiences with the accommodations we choose.
When our team arrived, the receptionist refused to take our company credit card because we were not present, in person. They then refused to take our staff’s company Visa’s (they’re through a debit service and do not have printed names). After speaking with them on the phone directly, they wanted nothing to do with our credit card and our reservation. Their explanation was that there is a lot of fraud. Which in this case was completely irrelevant given the team called me and I am the card owner.
All this to say, they refused our business, made an already long and tiresome day worst for a credit card we provided them with.
I understand this won’t affect the majority of stays at this hotel, but if they can welcome guests like this, I’m afraid to think how they would deal with more serious issues.

Not the most clean or pretty hotel, but it was perfect for a last minute one night stay! Hotel is well located. Our room was right next to the Lobby and surprisingly the soundproofing was amazing. There was a mini fridge, some plates, and microwave in the room which was helpful. The view was really nice. I would stay there again if I needed just a simple hotel to sleep.

Hotel was clean and well situated. We were not able to lock our front door and nothing was done about it. Stayed 2 nights and housekeeping skipped our room completely!!

Nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. The pool was fun for my kids, the hottub was not good.

Heater in the room started making a VERY LOUD noise in the middle of the night. It was impossible for us to sleep. Spoke to the receptionist, who did notjing.
On top of that, the jacuzzi was turned off and out of order and the pool was dirty and not usable. Very bad experience. Not coming again.

Night shift check-in was simple and the receptionist was a nice gentleman.
Room wasn’t super clean but overall fine. Bathroom definitely needed a second look.
Checkout receptionist was not friendly whatsoever and didn’t even greet us or say bye. Gave us a face when we asked if we could give a gratuity to the cleaner with our card on file.

Not sure where to start. Probably with the gigantic ejaculation traces on the curtains next to the bed, which seemed to be there for a couple of weeks judging by the dust accumulated on it. When I told the staff, they changed our room to another basic room but didn't seem too much bothered.
For a full review, room noisy because of the pool on the same level, but mostly because it feels like you forgot the room's door opened. Also, shower head is the cheapest one, the one that feels like a faucet.
Very disappointed but this specific room. No compensation was offered by the staff.

Incredible overpriced for an old hotel. The carpet smelt terrible, the heating took forever to turn on. There was no way to even get a water bottle. They only had a machine with sodas that would only take coins. Terrible, I would not recommend nor come back.

While they use garbage bags, bin didnt seem to be cleaned in a while.

Notcied a crusty stain on a fresh facecloth while washing my face :(
First floor laminate was uneven, flexing, likely leaks.
Window was broken, so couldnt open.
Heat/cooling was nice and flexible.
Beds were comfortable.
If it was the only option in town i guess id stay again but hard to swallow for $225 a night after fees and taxes. The photos are not a reliable indicator - its a tired and worn down place.

Very clean and acceptable accommodation for 1 night. Just beware on the back one can hear a bit of road noise from the highway (not bad but if you are a very light sleeper might be best to face the front).

We stayed 2 nights (family of four) and it was awesome! Very nice rooms with large windows, big beds, a fire place and a kind of "kitchenette" in the room (microwave, mini fridge, sink, dishes...) Only a couple irritants : the young lady at the front desk and the cleaning lady aren't too smiley and pretty impatient/cold, there is no breakfast included, perhaps the restaurant doesn't even seem to be opened?! The pool area contains a small pool, a spa (broken and filthy), two showers and sitting areas. The pool is supposedly heated, but it was freezing! The elevator was broken. There was a deodorant stick underneath one of our beds...which made us doubt a bit of the cleaningness of the room even though it seemed pretty clean...

Like: There is allegedly a gas fireplace and a kitchenette in each room.
Dislike: Desk clerks. Evening clerk ignored us while he talked on the phone with a colleague. When I mentioned special requests he stated « Good Luck with that » When I asked the day clerk to reprogram the keys as one didn’t work, she gave me a dirty look and asked if we really needed three keys.
Dislike. We never received housekeeping during day one, and were never advised that you must fill out a paper for towel requests and leave it outside the door. We ended up leaving without any of us having been able to take a shower.
Dislike: Even the carpets in the hallway were never vacuumed. They were filthy. Huge spider webs hanging from the ceiling. On check out morning one staff member mentioned to the desk clerk that they had 52 rooms to turn over and that the laundry had not been done. Obviously this hotel doesn’t want to spend money on housekeeping staff. Please look for alternatives in the beautiful area.

It is my second time staying at the hotel and the experience was great both times. Has been renovated since the last time I was there. Very clean, friendly staff and great location. Would stay here again.

Good things: large room (queen bed and 2-seater sofa bed) with table and two chairs, tiny kitchen, great staff, clean bedsheets, clean bathroom, clean towels, small balcony, parking, central location.
Not so good things: that small balcony is at the back of the hotel (view of the mountain and the very noisy Highway 15), very weak Internet service, nice 40" TV with horrible sound, TV remote with buttons for Netflix, etc., but no Netflix etc., electric fireplace that didn't work (if something is there, I want to use it).

We definitely liked the location. Access to surrounding areas is easy. The room is spacious and parking was not a problem.
Upon arrival, we dealt with a young blasé receptionist who evidently did not know much about the functioning of the hotel. We had stayed there a few times previously. Her attitude made us feel as if we were an inconvenience. We have stayed in numerous hotels on four continents and have never experienced such a poorly furnished bathroom. There was only one large and one small towel and no mat was provided for the bathtub
We did appreciate the fact that there was no carpet in the room. It made the room feel cleaner.
The room rate was much steeper than last year.

The only thing missing was a breakfast but you could buy some yogourt, coffee in the lobby! Hôtel was clean, we had enough towels. The two queen bed room had a microwave, refrigerator. All I needed !

Hotel Le Versailles used to be our "go to" hotel for the past couple years, we liked it so much we always recommended our friends and family but our last experience was not so good. The cleanliness of the hotel has dropped drastically, the rooms aren't made every day, we had difficulty getting clean towels, our sink was disgusting. I will not go again and will not recommend the hotel ever to any of my friends and family.

I guess because of lack of staff, room was not clean. bed was clean, but still a cup in the coffee machine, old milk in the fridge, spoon in the sink and we cleaned the coffee table in the living room, we cleaned kitchen table and chairs and also, we cleaned night stand and head of the bed as i could see that it was'nt cleaned. please keep your shoes in the room since not sure vaccum was done either.
