Stark but everything functioned and was clean. Exception, the table lamp in the sitting room didn't work the day after check-in.

Booked because of the kitchenette but there were hardly any dishes / utensils, the stove was rusty. The floor was swept clean but dirty. Socks would be black within 10 minutes of walking around. Under couch cushions was gross. Bathtub “plug” was disconnected and broken. Won’t stay here again

Looked like 1960s dorm room furniture. Cigarette burns are all types of services including the tub. Carpet in bedroom filthy had throw up spots on it and burn spots all over it. I slept in my clothes.

Everything went smoothly. Had a hiccup during check-in but that was due to the room not being available because of air conditioning. We had to downgrade our room. Other than that everything went well. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very accommodating. We arrived late but all arrangements were made for a smooth check-in. Clen and comfortable apartment. We would definitely stay here again. Very affordable.

I've stayed here before and its a good place to stay, it's clean, quiet, affordable, each room has a small kitchen so if you are staying more than a few nights, you don't have to go out to eat every day. I will stay here again when the opportunity arises, I stayed 5 days and with room rate and bringing food to eat I spent less than $500, this place gets a thumbs up.

Every time I choose to go to North Carolina to visit my fiancé I always hope that affordable suites of America is available because it is a very comforting environment and it has all the utilities and services that me and him need when we just want to relax and enjoy our time everything is local it is very convenient for the both of us and we just love staying here.

It was very clean, staff was friendly & the area is very conveniently located. Good price for the time stayed. Would stay here again.

The manager of this property was amazing! He even checked on us the am of our check in to make sure we had after hour instructions! The house keeper was always available for extra things! Our neighbors were so humble and made us feel like family!

This stay was great! The office was great at communicating, and very friendly. The room was awesome. So much more then I was expecting for the price I paid. It was clean, comfortable, and safe. Will definitely be staying here again the next time in the area.

Management was amazing and kind. Any problem I had they took care of it right away. Rooms were really clean and nice and had nothing wrong with them.

Although the property managers did the best they could to communicate with us, it is just not a very comfortable place to stay. They told us that the room we were in was occupied for 5 months and that’s why it wasn’t very out together because they only had one day to clean it in. That isn’t our problem though. It should’ve been cleaned even more because of that. All the walls were dirty. Like greasy and fingerprints and stuff on them. You couldn’t sit on the couch because it sank in the middle and smelled terrible. They said someone burned bacon in there and that was the smell, but it smelled like cigarettes. There was two of us in the room and we only got 3 towels for the whole week and no hand towels. I was told I’d get new towels but never did. They did change our sheets because I’m convinced the were never changed because once I got new sheets they smelled good and felt fresh. My bed had a lean to it and made sleeping difficult. I prob should’ve took them up on a different room but when you’re on vacation and move all your stuff into a room the thought of doing it all again was overwhelming. The manager tried and the cleaners were kind, but at the end of the day if you knew a room was in that bad of shape because someone had been in there for five months, it should’ve never been rented out to begin with until all the issues were taken care of. We will not be staying there again.

Check in went smoothly and the room looked like the picture but up close it is in need of some upgrades. It was a short stay so I went economy and you get what you pay for.

I liked how clean and quiet the area was even with Walmart so close by. Stayed here for an entire week as newlyweds and we were well taken care of. We could cook and go grocery shopping instead of constantly eating at restaurants. We could even do our own laundry which is a major plus in my book! Thank you, Mike!

Went through 2 coffee pots, management was extremely fast getting replacements, plus an additional pan needed for cooking. Great little getaway, and close to shopping. Will be back!

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this location and it was a really nice week seeing him and there was enough room in the facility to not feel like we’re trapped in a room for a week. The kitchen was nice to help us not spend too much money on eating out. This is our favorite place to stay when I come visit!

Overall a great stay. Large space and clean. Will definitely stay there again.

It was good place to stay while going to the MCT graduation of my daughter. Place was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. It is dated with its decor but the full kitchen was very helpful for preparing food for my daughter and her bunkmates during the weekend of liberty. The walking distance of nearby shopping of Walmart and Dollar Tree was very good. Liz, the manager, was very helpful and accommodating for my late arrival.

I did like that it had the kitchen and the living space, it was a quiet area. But my room had some dust, the bed was kinda broke. And when I went to use to stove top the oven had been unplugged so we had to pull that out to plug it in. Also when I got there and just went in and my card was already in an envelope ready to go, but they didn’t seem to greet me at all. Kinda felt rushed.

Dirty, loud ppl above us a.c. didn't work. Definitely not recommended place to stay

The room was comfortable and it’s worth price. Location is convenient also. my only complaint is that We got orders mid stay and the manager wouldn’t refund us for the prepaid nights after another staff member assured us they would.
