The property is a nice property. The room was clean upon arrival. The property advertised that our room could sleep 4, which was true, but the pull out sofa bed mattress was worse than a prison mattress. Luckily I packed and air mattress, so one child took the couch and the other took my air mattress. When we checked in we were told they were having hot water issues and to expect no hot water from 10 am to 4pm the next day. It didn't seem to me they got the hot water issue fixed. The hot water actually lukewarm and I couldn't get a decent shower the 3 nights we were there. It was an ok stay.

The price didn't match the accommodation. It was ok; I ended my booking after only 1 night to stay elsewhere. The water in the shower didn't get hot (which is a big deal for me) & there was some grit in the pull-out bed (that's what really made me change my outlook on my stay).

Arrived at the hotel after a long travel day, only to find our suite was very very warm and smelled like rancid garlic. The AC was loud and there was a large red stain on the couch that was covered with a decorative pillow. There was holes in the wall and the outlets were hanging off of the wall. There were food stains on the provided glassware and the popcorn ceiling was dusty. The best part was the glass shower door was hanging off the hinge and would not close. It was held closed by a rolled up towel placed by housekeeping. I was upset at the condition of our room considering I paid a fair amount of money. We went to the front desk and asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere and we were met with a lot of attitude from the lady working that day. I got in contact with hotels.com and they contacted the hotel regarding a refund, Cameron, who I assume is the manager said if we left immediately then we would be issued a refund. This was March 8th, it has been two weeks and I still do not see a refund in my account. Our honeymoon was supposed to be perfect.

I booked couple nights here to enjoy the Atlanta United vs New England game. We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff is super courteous and friendly. They made sure my son and I felt comfortable and welcomed. We really enjoyed their amenities like the heated indoor pool and the pool table which my 10 year old son managed to beat me twice in. lol.
Their breakfast is a great variety and tasty too. But definitely don’t pass up on their onsite bar that serves great food. We had very delicious sandwiches with fruits.
Definitely would return when in the area. I recommend it for great stay no matter for business or leisure you won’t be disappointed!

We enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was friendly. The bartender was great! The lobby was super cute and the infused water available was a nice touch. Our room was clean and comfy.

Only one working elevator so the waiting to get upstairs to our rooms was 10 minutes at times. This created not only frustration but impeded on the relaxing, stress-free weekend we were hoping to have. The staff, however, were great!

Stay was very busy at show--not at hotel for a long time. It was very disappointing to come back after the first day and find the room had not been done. Bed unmade, sink, towels--nothing done.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was greeted every time I walked through the lobby, and they even went the extra mile to help me print a document off of a thumb drive. I enjoyed their gym, and overall accommodations. This hotel is by everything you could possibly need at Cobb Galleria. Would stay again.

The property had plenty of parking and check in was very easy. We didn't like our standard room and luckily we were able to upgrade. Staff was very sweet and check in was very easy. The room was spacious and clean. We will definitely be back when we visit ATL again!

We had a good experience. The staff was friendly and the hotel was nice.
Elevator wasn’t working well and we had to take the stairs a lot.
Breakfast was overcrowded due to an event taking place in the hotel. Would have been nice to have known that at check in. Food was good, just had to go later.

It was pretty good. The bathroom door was near impossible to close, the tv remote didn't work all that well, and one of the two elevators was down all week so that took forever. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Bed was very firm if you like that, I do not.

Overall we had a nice stay. Really enjoyed the 12pm check out time. Breakfast was alright. I enjoyed the fluffy waffle, my husband enjoyed the eggs/sausage/potatoes, and our kids liked the cereal and fresh fruit. We stayed here for the indoor pool, it was slightly warm. The pool could have been much warmer for me and our 1 yr old. The 8 yr old and husband enjoyed the pool for about 30mins then they started to get cold also.

I liked how it was a quiet and low key, all hotel staff was friendly especially Ayanna, I hope I’m spelling her name correctly. The only thing that was upsetting was the water was lukewarm, and didn’t get warm as it was previously before.

There for HBCU Band of the Year comp and Celebration Bowl. Everything ar hotel was great, check in a breeze, staff courteous, room was awesome. Enjoyed breakfast both days. Location was nice as it is near a mall with all the stores my daughter loves. Hope to stay here on future trips to the A.

So no one has gotten back to me about the complaint of my arms being bitten up because of bedbugs. I took pictures of arms and flipped the mattress over which was disgusting and there were definitely bugs.I even went to manager once I realized that what it was. With pictures and showed my arms. The first night I thought it was a mosquito but my second night when my other arm had bit marks that is what made me flip the bed. No one has gotten back with me or tried to contact me but they took my money.

This is my favorite staycation spot. The only thing was the elevator being down. We had 2 small children, so stairs weren't always convenient.

We liked this property, we got an excellent value for the price, but it’s starting to look outdated and needs an overhaul.

Fan noise in the room made sleep impossible. We asked to love to another room but they were full. Would not comp the room. They said there was another room but wound first have to cancel our room so the others one could show as available. Then once booked into that other room there would be no access to the room we were in. The other room did not have enough beds.
Tried to upgrade to a two bedroom suite the next day and they have a 5 day stay minimum for those rooms. There were a couple of two bedroom suites available when we were talking about alternative rooms the first night due to the noisy fan, but because our stay was only 4 nights those rooms didn’t come up as available when we were asking to switch.
Frustrating and no sleep night one.
They said they were going to move us to a comparable room the next day but when we got back from our business day, they had not done it and we got another room while at the front desk and moved ourselves.
