Clean, great staff, near Plaza and restaurants.

I had such a lovely time at this hotel. It was very clean, and every employee that I encountered was lovely. The restaurant in the hotel was absolutely delicious, which is so rare when you eat at a hotel. It was delicious, and I was very happy. Would highly recommend staying here. I miss that bed already.

I have stayed here several times. Staff is friendly, it is quiet and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Good value.

Keeto was awesome! His customer service throughout our entire stay was top tier! The front desk was great as well and offered us help with attractions to take in around the area. The food on the top floor was my favorite. Everything was so delicious!

I consider this hotel a secret gem in KC. The facilities are gorgeous and the staff is exceptional. We stay at a lot of hotels for fun and we will most definitely be back to the Fontaine.

I wish there was a way to validate the parking tickets at the parking gate with a hotel stay access code.

Very nice hotel

The bar and lounge is amazing. Quiet, modern, cozy feel. The drinks and food are amazing. A little pricey but definitely worth it. The bartender the day we stayed there, 26 Jan 2024, was amazing! He made sure we had everything we needed and so friendly and fun. Overall it is a very nice hotel. The rooms are newer modern and big, love the huge shower.

Best place to stay in KC!

The staff was very helpful and the restaurant was great. Room service was excellent as well. Nice, modern rooms. The nicest hotel in the Plaza area.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The most surprising aspect that it smells really good. Probably the best smelling hotel I’ve even been in. Everything was neat and clean and the staff were incredibly supportive.

I can get cold at night so I like to use the extra blanket but when I went to grab it I noticed that it was just shoved into the bag, not even folded. That grossed me out cause it made me think they didn’t wash it after the last guest and just shoved it back in the bag. We came with our friends and their toilet next door flooded with feces contaminated water. Service at the bar and restaurant were terrible. We came back from a wedding Saturday night and went straight up there for a night cap. The teenage girl at the hostess booth was on her phone. Didn’t even bother to look up right away to say hi and when she did an awkward silence later she said “you can go down there”. As we sat at the table nobody came by to say hi or take an order. The whole world is short staffed but you can stop by and just say hey we will be with you in a moment at the very least. We waited for about 15-20 minutes and left. Next morning we went up to the restaurant for brunch. This time the host did greet us and he told us to find a seat anywhere. We had to grab our own menus from another table and waited for a waiter again. Nobody else had gotten served in the area either so we left yet again. While the hotel is nice, it was not the experience we were hoping for.

Staff was super helpful and kind. Hotel was incredibly clean and well-kept. Great location as well. Went here with my family of 4 (including a 5 and 7 year old) and would definitely recommend.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Great atmosphere, felt like a boutique hotel with the amenities of a large hotel. The plaza was perfect for our date night with shopping and dinning near. The whole area was very walkable and safe. Parking was free and an ease.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t the cleanest (bathroom), but it was all quite spacious. Overall, it was a good stay.

Love this hotel. Fragrance when we walk in. Staff so accommodating and helpful. Shower is THE BEST of any hotel. Valet service excellent.

Liked my room and patio view. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. It was low key low stress enjoyable environment. I enjoyed the appetizers and wine before I went to the KC ballet. Fully enjoyed the entire experience.

Very trendy

separate and stand-alone building with its own one-way driveway, makes you feel safe and with privacy compared with other hotels. Valet parking only, but I was greeted immediately. Lobby is not big or spacious, but it's all you want for privacy. Check-in took only 3 minutes, and I was in my room within 9 minutes from time I pulled to valet.

The condition and location of the property are excellent. Convenient parking garage and easy access to great restaurants and shopping. My only complaint this stay was the in room Wi-Fi was basically unusable. I ran a speed test and the signal was less than 1 mbps.

Loved the igloos and proximity to the plaza.

The staff was remarkable. Valets were prompt and courteous, and front desk was always friendly (especially Tito)

Rooms are a bit dated and run down Prob would consider it a 3 star property But that’s stretching it

This hotel was modern, very clean, friendly and the 7th floor, top floor restaurant and garden patio were amazing! Loved everything about this hotel and would definitely return.
