My husband and I stayed this past weekend at the Inn.
From the minute we walked through the door, hospitality was at it's finest. Due to the almost 2 feet of snow they wre getting, we decided we need to come Friday night instead of Saturday. Best decision we ever made. The Inn is amazing and the staff is outstanding. They truly make you feel like you are in their own home. From helping us get the same room for both nights, to ensuring we had umbrella's for the outside wedding ceremony down the street, to Lilly at breakfast (always happy and engaging) to the food, the room and even the other guests. Just an amazing trip and we highly recommend!

As always, it was fantastic. We have stayed at this Inn, For our 20th and 24th anniversary. We love to go here because you can simply walk downstairs from your room to sit at the bar and have a cocktail or have a lovely dinner by the fireplace which is so beautiful around Christmas time. The staff is phenomenal, and Nancy, who has been there for years is just a gem. We cannot wait to go back, it is a very special and romantic magical place.

The Inn at Thorn Hill was recommended by a friend whose daughter was getting married just over the border in Maine. My first impression was that of a lovely, peaceful and warm oasis during a cold January winter. Our room was spacious and comfortable, decorated beautifully with easy access to the elevator and stairs. The bathroom was beautiful and included a great hot tub with room for two! It was sparkling clean and the towels were soft and luxurious. We ate dinner in the dining room, starting with drinks from the bar. Our food was delicious and our server, Nicole, was extremely friendly and always checking on us making sure we had everything we wanted. I will gladly recommend The Inn at Thorn Hill to our friends, and I can’t wait to stay there again.

It was just wonderful and we were supposed to stay 2 nights but only stayed 1 because of a winter storm warning. We glad that you and the hotel refunded the 2nd night. We are looking forward to going again in the near future.

Great stay with a nice parlor/bar area to sit by the fire and relax in the winter season. The tea and cookie service in the evening was an added bonus. Would stay again.

Nancy & staff members were so kind and friendly! The atmosphere felt so warm, inviting & homey while still being respectful of guests' privacy. Getting to stay at the inn while all the Christmas decorations were up/wake up to snow outside was a truly magical feeling. I appreciated all the ways in which the staff made us feel at ease & at home - the welcoming chocolates note, complimentary tea & cookies at night, and breakfast included with our stay. I will look back on my trip to Jackson, NH / experience at the Inn at Thorn Hill & Spa with fond memories.

Very charming, quiet, and clean. It was Christmas time and it felt like I was in a Hallmark movie. Very cute place! The spa tub was amazing and I loved the mountain view and in-room fireplace. It was about at 15-20 minute drive to North Conway for shopping, but Jackson was so quaint and scenic. The food at the restaurant in the Inn was also delicious.

We had an awesome experience, welcomed at check in by the owner with glasses of Prosecco, stayed in the Presidential Suite, spacious, clean and beautiful view of Mt Washington. The entire staff was super sweet and friendly. Tea and cookies in the afternoon was a sweet touch, while relaxing in the library by the fireplace. Highly recommended.

We've been staying at TIATH for over 25 yrs. it's always been an awesome place to stay for a weekend getaway to the Whites. The food, while incredible, has become really over priced.
The restaurant has been turned into an overpriced steak house, $66 for an 8oz Filet Mignon, $58 for a Ribeye and $48 for a piece of Salmon. We tend to go to higher end restaurants and this is the most I've paid for a meal for two people outside of NYC. $230.00 with an inexpensive bottle of wine. A little much for Jackson NH.
At lunch, a grilled chicken sandwich was $20; I asked if they could make a simple BLT, the reply was that would be $20 also.

The Inn was beautiful, food was amazing, love the wrap around deck with awesome seating/views. The Inn staff was so nice and took care of everything!
Just a few issues in the Presidentail suite. Cobwebs, only 1 jet worked in the 6 jet tub, and the air conditioning didn’t work very well, and only one air conditioner in two rooms. Also, it would be nice to have smart tvs in the rooms.

The inn is classic, quiet, and provides a perfect relaxing atmosphere. The fact that it is adults only creates a peacefulness that is hard to find in a vacation area.

It is the best Inn in the area. The staff is amazing, they make you feel welcome and special. So helpful!! The rooms are amazing, they are perfect: clean, amenities, perfect bedding, fireplace, jacuzzi bath, tea brought to the room every night with cookies, truffles in the bedroom, a glass of Prosecco when we check in!!

We stayed in a cottage and it was comfy and cozy with its own gas fireplace. It’s just far enough away from the main inn when your on the back deck it’s solitude.

We liked the ambience and the quaint style of the Inn. We liked the food selcetions both breakfast and dinner. We liked the extra touch of the homemade and tea service. There was a heating issuue in our room but was resolved by giving us space heaters.

Super cute inn with amazing service! Stayed in the cottage and it was more roomy than expected. Had fireplace that was on when we arrived. Bathroom had lots of space. The breakfast in the morning was superb! Great place to stay.

We were so pleasantly surprised at the service and amenities. Tea service before bedtime. Truffles. Absolutely fantastic food! The staff bent over backwards without being cloying or patronizing. Just classy. We only got to stay one night, next time we will stay longer.

The Inn at Thorn Hill is a real gem. My wife and I were celebrating our 39th wedding anniversary. We booked a suite and were very pleased. The Inn is very comfortable and the service was outstanding. We had two excellent dinners in their dining room as well as three included, tasty breakfasts. The attention to detail by the maid service was outstanding.

We spent 3 nights at the Inn, the staff was amazing, excellent food, our room was wonderful. We were greeted with a glass of champagne, enjoyed the chocolates and welcome note in our room and the evening tea service was a great way to end the day. We booked the spa, had a complimentary shuttle to and from. I highly recommend this Inn.
