Abba Madrid

This is my second time this year staying here. And I have changed my opinion from the last time four months ago. They gave me a smaller room and I actually preferred it. The bed is very comfortable the sheets and the beds as well as the pillow pillows are crisp, clean, and fresh. The bathroom is very very good size the lighting in the whole room it’s good. The shower has good pressure. The bathroom even has to be dead.. They have toiletries and refill them. Their hairdryer is very, very good, which is something very important for woman and not very common in similar hotels unfortunately I had a midnight flight out so for a fee I was able to have a 6 pm checkout.

The location it’s still not the best even for someone that goes to Madrid every 3 to 4 months. It’s a little bit far, but there are a lot of public transportation options near by

The breakfast was exceptional! The lady that checked us in was wonderful and spoke perfect English which was most appreciated. The food in the bar was delicious and waiters so nice.

All was great!

Excellent

Gym facilities too restricted

Excellent check-in experience and great staff. Had a slight issue with the room initially - but the staff recognized it immediately and rectified it. Great customer service. Hotel room was spacious (806) and very clean. Comfortable bed. Bath robe and slippers available along with some essentials (if you forgot hairbrush, toothbrush etc.). Iron and ironing board in the room. Temperature outside was in the mid-30´s - but A/C in the room worked perfectly. I travel frequently for work - and would stay in this hotel again. METRO right outside also with a nice cafeteria/restaurante called Santito about 3 minutes walk away.

Nothing to comment on. I did not have breakfast or food in the hotel.
