Only good thing here was the staff. Place was dirty and full of roaches and spiders.

Well, it is a hotel that doesn't charge a lot compared to other places. I was travelling alone, and I just needed a place to spend the night. I wouldn't take kids or a significant other here. For the little amount I paid, it is about what I expected. It isn't a resort.

Room was pretty dirty and unfinished (missing light bulbs and holes in the wall). The wifi was very unstable and part of the staff was not helpful (while the rest were very friendly). I understand that this is a cheap option but even $50/night seems expensive for this

I literally checked back out after a few hours. Sketchy people milling about. Dirty and in poor repair. Spend a bit more and be able to sleep. Texas Roadhouse is close so that’s a plus I guess.

I was forced to pay more in CASH upon arrival. I would recommend Expedia stop booking this property they are deceitful. The amount I paid to Expedia was 1/3 of what I had to pay in total. Double the amount in cash on top of Expedia booking. Probably illegal but when you are checking in at the end of a long day on the road and just want a decent place to sleep this is a shock to deal with and they know you are too tired to fight. The clerk seemed surprised when I said I had a reservation and was very unpleasant then proceeded to tell me of the cash required. I knew there was no possible refund from Expedia for this room so I had to pay the cash. Also the room itself was in very bad condition. There are holes in the walls stuffed with toilet paper. The TV had no power cable. The AC is very loud and smells moldy. The furniture is unstable and collapsing. I will not sleep well here and cannot wait for daylight.

Do not stay here. Absolutely horrible experience. The lobby is totally closed it is never open. There is a window to talk through. I had to give $50 cash only deposit. Was handed a remote with my room number. People in chairs smoking and hanging out in front of many rooms. My room had no fridge no microwave the counters were flong the tv was sitting on a table and the remote didnt even work. The ice machine was outside my door with a flourescent light that never turned off. Everything was old and dirty it did not feel safe or comfortable. Wifi password was not provided. No phone. Definitely no breakfast.

Even the rooms ready they make you wait till 4pm guarantee check in even i mentioned I drove long I needed to rest . They didn’t even have access to lobby I couldn’t even use the restroom I had to drive out to find a gas station . Rooms are dirty , holes are on walls , bugs it was overnight stay so I didn’t care much but if you consider staying here think twice and be ready for noises at night loud music etc .

It is a simple inn. The bed was good. The chairs not so much. They do come everyday to clean and give fresh towels and toiletries. That was nice. The pool is clean to swim.

The door to the room would scrap against the floor so had to be push a bit harder if you needed to go in with bags. The water faucet in the restroom was broken, we had no choice as to the water temperature. Mostly we had very hot water. We also lacked enough towels. One of the 3 rooms we had, the ac unit kept the temp cool but not cold, whereas the other room was beyond freezing. There was no comforter or blanket to use unless the person brings one along or buys one during the stay.

This place needs to shut down ASAP. It was dirty, stained and disgusting. They did have a mini fridge and microwave though, the water was hard and the covers were window curtains. My friend made a joke about it and lo and behold they were really window curtains for covers. Customer service was great but overall believe the negative reviews you see, I couldn’t be happier to get the hell out of there and the tv menu was in Spanish smh.

The property had a horrible roach infestation. I had to throw away $30 worth of food because i woke up to roaches eating my food. I was also constantly over charged at the property due to their online booking website not working properly. I was paying $50 per night online but the property would charge $65 and would not price match. Had multiple nosie issues people smoking playing music in the parking lot, children being left in rooms alone with no adults present, and multiple police incidents with people staying at the property. Hands down the worst and filthiest place ive ever been to.

Oweners and staff are polite and welcoming much appreciated since I’m disabled.

I like it because the other people here are very friendly and they don’t bother you here and nice and quiet and this is the first place in Alonso that we were able to go swimming in a song for all the other places have problems with their pools like the Garden Inn

The AC in room 127 was very hot. Wasn't working properly and it was on the coldest.

Was told id pay upon arrivail for the room and my card was to just reserve the room. They went ahead and charged my card hours before i showed up overdrawing the account when the room was going to be paid on a different card The hotel was filthy, there were dead bugs smashed on the walls; live bugs in the shower, the smoking room i had reserved was no longer available i was told, and while i knew therd be a security deposit they wouldnt use my card they insisted on cash for the deposit. All night we had to listen to what im assuming was the local drug dealers meeting right outside our room due to the fact it was the last room in a secluded hall of the hotel, and to top it all off our room tv did not work. I personally am upset i was charged what i was when i wouldnt pay for my worst enemie to stay there.

Would never stay here. Do not come. The pictures look nothing like the property. The first room I was give. The air con unit was hanging off the wall. Tiling in the bathroom had fallen off as well as one of the sink taps. Travelling in a budget I went to tell them and said for 1 night I can manage but it’s not acceptable - no offer of discount or refund. Went back to the room and pulled the sheets back to find a next of bugs and eggs and ran out absolutely disgusted. Went back to reception - didn’t even check the room. Said he couldn’t give me a refund but could give me another room. The next one looks like the ceiling has leaked, there dust holes in the wall and door and the towel was covered in stains and hairs. Bedding was also stained. Travelling on a budget and at the end of my trip I can’t afford another hotel at late notice so currently debating whether to sleep in the car and risk being attacked as the area doesn’t look particularly safe. Only good thing I can say is the shower works and the microwave is brand new.

I wish it was breakfast also pest control and higher bed other than that motels are not so bad
