We had a wonderful time in Madeira Beach and the Itrip staff is always very quick and responsive if we have any questions. Everything has always been exactly as promised and condo was very clean! Thank you for a great vacation!

Love going to Kima. The washer was not working and they came and fixed it within a couple of hours. 2nd year for us going to this one and are already planning next year.

Beautiful unobstructive ocean views on the amazing wraparound balcony. Unit was very clean and well maintained. Condo was conveniently located to many dining and shopping options. A great value for the price.

We were a bit surprised when we checked into Kima 406. The condo itself is a bit rough. It definitely needs some help. The kitchen is very outdated. The lower cabinet doors wouldn't close. Theres a mishmash of dishes, but we did have what we needed. The icemaker worker sporadically. The lighting in neither bathroom was very good. The master bathroom shower was difficult to use. The water streams in one place making it difficult to rinse off. We ended up using the hallway bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. That was much easier to use.The master bed was lumpy, but I was happy to see that it wasn’t a tall bed that I had to climb up into! The closet door in the master made a horrible noise, so we just chose to leave it open. The floors could use a good deep cleaning. There was dirt build-up in every corner. On the plus side, it did have beautiful views of the beach! We haven't seen the water so calm and clear in years! The balcony was nice. The pool was so warm, but there were tons of tiny bugs in it.We loved going to the beach and were thrilled with how close it was to get to. I have limited capability walking, and I was able to make it without much difficulty. The washer & dryer were wonderful to have to keep our clothes clean!I did have a few questions while there and always got a quick answer.
