Average service. Carpets needs updating and curtains are extremely torn not inviting. Environment outside and inside very moderate which is good( not noisy) Customer services very helpful in general.

It was a lovely hotel with a very friendly welcome, room was clean, bathroom was fantastic only minor thing was the carpet was s bit worn but would definitely go back again

Good location and nice hotel quite small but decent. Rooms were good size. Bar and restaurant only opens on busy match day. There is a car park available for £15 a day. Quite small and tight but good to have it there. They have spaces for around ten cars. For some reason the rooms were very hot, the underfloor heating in the bathroom seemed to be on max. We did ask reception who said they adjusted the air con maybe a little bit of difference but bathroom remained hot. Room is good with nice amenities and controls other than the air con situation (which was the same in three rooms we booked). The wood work is a little tired in places with chips and the bathroom door not locking. Shower was excellent and very powerful with a good range of cosmetics. Right next to the Wembley designer outlet. Literally 3 mins walk. Breakfast was continental and only open from 8am. Would use again. Nice staff. Slept well in the end.

Rubbish! Never stay there again

Bed was very comfortable, room was quiet, shower was hot, breakfast was perfect. Location is on a busy road. Bus stop at hotel entrance, train stations close enough. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very grateful for St George’s for making this stay extra special to celebrate a special occasion. It was amazing and deeply appreciated!! Excellent location, check in was easy, room 413 is an inside quiet corner room, 1 lift, reception was polity and friendly. Cons The bathroom door didn’t lock and dusty curtain with visible cobwebs at the top.

2 Night business stay. On the first night the adjoining room started playing extremely loud music from 11pm, I reported this at 1am as it was impossible to sleep. The concierge promised to go to the room but didn't and the music continued until 3.30am. The following morning the same concierge was on reception and he asked if i had managed to get the people to turn their music down ?? 2nd nights stay coffee, milk and water were not replaced and had to be requested.

Everything about the hotel was as expected and very nice. However the heat controls were very difficult to manage and made the room too warm. Overall, I would stay again though.

The hotel is perfectly placed for Wembley stadium. I booked a parking space but had a few issues getting into the car park - needs managing better.

A hotel that was clearly very lovely 10 years ago, but is in need of some TLC. The room we were in had some great touches but sadly had a hole in the wall and a broken safe. That being said - beds were comfy, check in was easy and shower was great!

Lovely room and just what we needed for a 1 night stay. The room was slightly dirty with marks on the walls and curtains, however everything else was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Was kept waiting in reception on arrival as no one was at the desk, only a very un welcoming lady who im not sure what she did, after about 10 mins someone came, he was better more friendly he took our bags for us as we were early. returned later to collect room key, same guy was there we were able to check in around 1.30 which was good. room was on 4th floor at the back of the hotel, no view but window was filthy with a bit of broken holey net up at the window, so we kept the curtain shut. room was pleasant enough, bathroom was ok shower was good. Breakfast was definitely not the greatest, only toast, croissants, cereal, fruit, yogurt, hard bolied egg's, ham and cheese, nothing cooked no bacon, sausages etc no one to offer coffee, will not be staying here again.

Room dirty

This is my third stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it. The rooms are always clean and comfortable but most of all the staff are always so friendly,polite and helpful.

Checkin was good, very professional and friendly. Room was nice Tv in bathroom didn’t work in either room. No bath plug in either room. Service and quality of breakfast was appalling

Well i have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last couple of years. And I had a trip booked this weekend but I become unwell and they were unwilling to let me change the dates. Which goes a lot for customer loyalty I guess. I do understand I was sick, but it wasn’t as if that was a planned situation and I could’ve just gone and infected people by decided that would not be the best for anyone. In general my previous visits were just ok. Bathtub plug had been missing on a few visits. There was usually damp on the windows and at the carpets below.

Enjoyable stay and good value rate.

Nice hotel in a great location but room rather small and bedding was very basic.

The room had two tvs, both didn’t work, live electrical cables exposed, mess and dust rubble left in the room which can be seen from the bed. Generator noise all night. A death trap unfortunately, because on first glance it seemed a really nice hotel.

Great check in/ out service. Close to both ovo and Wembley arena. Comfortable room, clean and tidy. Little bit of wear and tear in the room but nothing major. Would stay again.

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice room. Shame the bar and restaurant weren’t open but I believe they only open that when the stadium has an event whereas we were attending the arena. Would stay again.

Clean and comfortable room, good location for Wembley. Hotel seems to be in good condition, pity the restaurant not operating. Breakfast good value

Stayed for 3 nights and had to move room 3 times.. heating in first room as stuck on 26 degrees no window .. second room smashed tv no fridge wet carpet Third room no plug shower was freezing cold and I think the bed had been slept in.. wouldn’t stay here if offered for free

Very lovely hidden gem, with soo many hotels around this was definitely a great chose and value for money.

5 star room, fantastic. Great power shower, touch lighting very impressive. 1 star breakfast, limited choice, had to ask for english breakfast then told wasnt included (when clearly was), so had to complain. Breakfast severely greasy and awful. Shame as good location (although expensive parking across road, hotel has none) and room was stunning. Hopefully management can sort breakfast issues out

Not very clean at all, carpet and ceiling soiled with water. Bedding wasn’t totally clean.

I have been coming to this hotel for number of years but since Covid, I have noticed the hotel is not only reducing the services provided but they don't seem as busy based of the cars in the parking area and the lift movements( last two visits I had the room near the lift). t appears, no one is bothered to spend time to make sure little things are taken care off. This is a second visit in few weeks I have stayed here and the room has been cold, night receptionist are not keen to make an eye contact just incase you request for something.
