Everything was good except for the fact that the t.v. didnt stream any of my apps so me and my friend had to watch netflix from our computer. It was a suite so i was pretty disappointed.

I've stayed in countless budget-friendly hotels for work, but this one truly stands out. It was impeccably clean and exceptionally well-maintained. The staff made me feel welcome every time I passed by, and I even struck up a friendship with the maid on my floor. Plus, they have the GOOD shampoo and body wash that smells like honey. Not the usual cheap, chalk-like products. The breakfast I would classify as an upscale continental spread. Despite its proximity to the freeway, the nights were surprisingly peaceful. Without a doubt, I'd choose to stay here again.

The only problem I had was the mattress to me was very hard.

Everything was good. Only thing is that there was to be a free bottle of wine. We never got it. But still a good visit

When we arrived their whole system was down. They informed us IT was working on it but, they didn’t know how long it would take. They offered for us to enjoy sitting in the lounge and offered us a drink of some sort including wine or beer. Very nice lounge area with fireplace and big screen tv. It may have been about 30 minutes and an employee stopped at each peers onto tell us that the system was up and they would be checking us in the order we arrived. Very pleasant staff. Check-in was efficient, friendly and professional. Since I had pre-paid it was fast and easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and a large variety of food. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Mattress was too soft.

TRICISHONA checked us in with a wonderful smile and helped us with all of our luggage to the second floor, even though we cam after midnight.
