This was one of the most comfortable stays I have had in a hotel for a while. Decor is very happy feeling and comfortable. Everything thoughtful was in the room and well thought out. Literally steps from the beach and the sunset and sunrise was amazing. Shower is small but I was able to push the shower curtain toward the sink with my hands and really enjoy the rain shower on my back. We will be back for sure!

Beautifully/tastefully decorated, well appointed, very clean and a great location. We were grateful for the portable heater in the 40 degree temps. It was a little pricey but that’s my only knock. The parking was tight but manageable with a midsize car.

Property was very nice, easy to find, parking was easy, very clean and quiet, close to lots of things. Only little thing was bathroom was a bit small, otherwise we loved our stay. I had messed up our reservation and they very kindly took care of it, which was nice, since we didn't have anything else booked. We were very grateful they had an opening.

This place is cute, but small. Management very nice. Great location across the street from the beach.
Here's what we thought: We were told upon arrival, because of the original terrazzo floors, no aerosol products could be used inside the unit, at all. No hair spray, deodorants, sunscreen, etc. I thought they should put that in their info about the floors online. Also, bathroom is very small and no real place to put toiletries except window sill. Shower so small, even an average size person's arms touch wall and curtain at same time. Only one hook outside of the bathroom for towels except small towel bar above toilet. I did mention the room could use more hooks to management, since they want you to reuse the towels. The clothes rod is above the Keurig/refrigerator, so really hardly any way to hang up clothes on hangers. But the room does have a cool vibe of the 60's-70's with the lucite furniture.

We stayed 2 days right after the hurricane and the staff excelled trying to have everything up and running. Some of their adjacent cottages had damage but ours was impecable. Great communication. We will definitely come back.

The beach area was in very poor condition, it is not the hotel's fault, but they should have warned us that it was not in condition to enjoy a weekend in the beach, we wasted our time and money.

This property is super cute, the staff is amazing! They were so helpful and accommodating, especially since I had such a late check-in time. They gave me great check-in instructions and turned all the lights on for me so I didn’t have to arrive in pitch blackness.
The location is literally steps away from the most amazing white sand beach and crystal waters. You cross a non-busy street and tiny bridge and boom your at the beach. I loved everything about this place and will definitely be back soon. Thank for making my trip so amazing!

This was by far my favorite place I have stayed in the St, Pete’s area. The area and beach itself was wonderful and less hectic than downtown. The rooms are decorated adorably and are so comfortable. We slept great all week! Almost most importantly, the rooms were very clean!
Staff was super friendly and accommodating! This place is a 10 out of 10!

I loved staying here! It was so cute and the location was great. The staff was so so friendly and let us park there before check in and after check out.

The experience was great, we arrived early and they accommodated with no issues, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was one of the cleanest rooms that we have stayed at, my only callout is that the air-conditioned was in the rear of room which didn't cool the entire place down at night. But all in all a complete success, we would stay there again when back in area.

We found this jewel quite by accident. We stayed in one of the cottages and it was perfect! So cute! We were able to rent chairs, umbrella & towels from innkeeper and beach was just across the street. Great shelling. We will def go back!

The Sunset Inn is perfect. It’s at the end of a very quiet street and the beach is across the street. There are 2 great beach bars within walking distance. The motel was very clean, easy to park and great communication with the motel manager. The motel has everything you could want for a perfect beach stay. It’s off of the main busy roads but still close to everything. Can’t wait to book another trip there!!

We stayed in The Blue Lagoon cottage. It was absolutely adorable. Perfect location for a low-key, laid back vacay. Cottage was extremely clean and very functional. Check-in was a breeze. Outdoor shower was a plus. Everything about the cottage was perfect. We're already planning our next trip.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a great staff. Everything you need is on site. Staff was very accommodating helping us book our stay for we arrived after hours. Will stay again.

Great location away from busy roads. You can hear the waves breaking on the gulf beach across the road! Facilities are small and basic but you are here for the location!

I was so glad to find this little hidden gem literally right across the street from Sunset Beach on the Gulf Coast. The hotel is well kept and very clean from the tile grout down to the newly polished terrazzo floor. Very eclectic ambiance inside. Sandra was a very accommodating host and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Check in was tedious. My room was small; no 3-prong outlets available. Kitchenette area had no sink, we were required to wash the dishes in the tiny bathroom sink(disgusting thought)! Shower is very small, with no grab bars...so not a very safe enclosure. I did not stay in a cottage, so the "Inn" more closely resembles a motel from the 1960 era. Pillows were like sandbags...bed was ok, not great. There is no pool, no breakfast.

Very clean, bright Cottage to stay in. King sized bed was perfect, not worn out. Very comfortable living space, and fully equipped kitchen. Staff went out of their way to make certain we checked in (late) just fine, and even found propane for the grill!
