We enjoyed the convenience of the location, the staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The skylight did not afford a sleep in as it was very bright by 6 am. The air conditioning unit was very loud when it kicked in. Dining was excellent food and service fantastic. Parking not available but free parking a block or so away not great if you have mobility issues.

Liked location & quaintness of hotel. Friendly and pleasant staff. Disliked permeation of cigarette smoke and stale cigarette odour. Employees smoked under room window. Due to allergies, caused congestion every moment in room. Disliked looking out window into open garbage dumpster

This is a lovely inn, well located, good in-house restaurant with great staff. However, it’s time to upgrade the beds. They are old and uncomfortable (at least ours was) and my husband and I came out with sore backs after 2 nights. Bathroom was clean-ish. Otherwise, it’s a good option for accommodation while visiting the festival.

Close to Avon Theatre...lots of quirky character...good restaurant.

Close to downtown. Parking was free 24 hr city parking lot about a 2 min walk away. It was all very safe

Lovely old Stratford property with easy walkability to of the Festival Theatres and unique shops. The staff were friendly and helpful. It would be helpful for the rooms to have a coffee/tea tray including a small coffee maker and/or kettle with coffee and tea- as an early riser there was nothing for me at 6am.

Excellent location. Very close to theatre, restaurants and shopping. Everything is very walkable. Room is comfortable, with basic amenities. Room is clean. Only exception is parking. It states there is parking. However it’s misleading as the parking is in a municipal lot 2 blocks away. It is not great for someone who has accessibility needs.

The dining room offering breakfast,lunch and dinner was very convenient.Delicious meals. Tha bar was friendly and welcoming. Staff were attentive and helpful. Comfortable and happy with their job. We enjoyed our stay ,very much.

My friend and I were very satisfied with our stay. The location is close to everything downtown and all the staff are very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We have recommended the hotel already to several friends.

Enjoyed the restaurant. Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The room had no amenities: no coffee maker, no hair dryer, insufficient glasses. Scary number of dust bunnies under the bed. Also kept bashing our shins on the bed frame. A bag of garbage in the elevator that stayed there for hours.

Attractive room, very comfortable bed, pleasant staff, excellent breakfast. Room was probably dusted day before or earlier, not same day, but otherwise fine.

Rooms were clean and comfortable and the location is great. Right in the heart of downtown stratford. Super easy to walk to all theatres, even the Festival Theatre which was only a 15-20 minute walk. The restaurant/bar that is below the rooms closes at 9pm which makes it very quiet at night which was nice. Being and older building you can hear people in the halls ways and above you moving about but it wasn’t too noticeable at night. The only con is that the room didn’t have any coffee/tea/kettle which was surprising and disappointing. It’s always nice to wake up and grab a coffee as you’re getting ready. There are a lot of coffee options in the area it would just be nice to have a little coffee station in the room like at most hotels/inns. Everything else was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful suite! Modern and very clean! Located very close to the main area of Stratford. Easy check-in. Would definitely stay there again!

Convenient location and friendly staff.

I did not receive an email prior to staying. We connected with the clothing store below and she found us the info to enter the building. We had called the owner to ask about where to park but did not receive a reply. We asked someone on the street about parking and they directed us to the Cooper lot. It was a 10 minute walk to where we stayed which felt a bit unsafe at 9-11pm at night. The inside of the apartment was nice and well kept. The water smelled like rotten eggs. Not sure what was up with that. The location is great for being downtown and going to shops.

The hospitality was great. The bar and restaurant were way above average. Free parking in the municipal lot was convenient. The room was above average for the price. Located in the center of town across the street from the Avon and short block to the Studio Theater. Close to restaurants and shopping. Have stayed there repeatedly.

Property is well located in Downtown Stratford. The owner came in the evening to resolve an air conditioning problem I would stay there again and recommend it to friends

Lovely boutique accommodation in the heart of town, steps from the Avon Theatre, above an excellent dining room and bar. Friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely be our place of choice in future stays.

Issues with TV and wifi which was addressed and solved. Superb restaurant in the hotel. Paid meter Parking on the street, but must move the car at 2 am till 6 am , can not park on the street

Great stay close to downtown. A remnants of past smoking smell in the halls and rooms but not too bad. Overall lovely stay with great restaurant close to theatre, breweries, and shops.

Nice property in the heart of the action. Four rooms above the restaurant available for rent. Walls were not very thick, could hear the next door's TV on and any hallway activity pretty clearly in our room

The room, hotel, and staff was all completely good and comfortable. But, I would only stay in this hotel if you are a heavy sleeper and noise doesn’t wake you up. I could hear all the drunk people going in and out in their rooms and the hallways as if they were in my room. The walls are thin and the noise That kept me awake was surprising. There was also a very disturbing noise, like a generator that kept me awake. The rest of the night it was loud people singing and talking to one another in that way drunk people talk. I think I slept about 4 hours.
