Not everyone speaks English, but they went out of their way to help where they could. The house was bigger than I thought and was perfect the family getaway. Great staff, great location, and great villa!!

Wonderful stay. Staff were incredibly helpful. We got lucky and had views of Mt. Fugi almost our entire stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Staff was exceptionally kind, and the villa was huge! Super clean and comfortable!

One of the most cooperative and caring hosts I’ve ever met. Hiro was exceptional. Even though our stay was very short, he made every effort to accommodate all our needs. I highly recommend this resort. The location was outstanding. You can enjoy beautiful views of Mt. Fuji directly from the room, or take a peaceful 5-minute walk to the nearby lake. With little to no crowd, the calm and serenity in the morning felt truly special. Compared to this area, Oishi Park felt a bit too crowded for my preference. The rooms are exactly same as described, with all the cooking facilities.
