Room & bathroom was smaller than expected. No real A/C unit in room. Yes there’s a refrigerator outside the room but then you’d have to trust that another guests wouldn’t eat/drink your stuff.

The only good thing about this property was the dining option next door. If I hadn’t booked and paid in advance, we would have left. The carpet is FILTHY. The towels and bedsheets are old and dingy. The regular rooms are VERY tiny, maybe a foot on either side of the bed. The phone didn’t work, and there were no outlets except the one BEHIND the bed or in the bathroom. There were holes in the bathroom wall and the bathroom was so small (and old and dirty) that the toilet paper holder was literally attached to the back of the bathroom door. We could hear the people in the room next door clearly and there was at least 1.5 inches below the connecting doors so no privacy. We had to put a blanket at the bottom of the door! There is zero maid service, hard to even get a towel. There is NO thermostat in the room! We had to call, and they had to adjust it from somewhere else. We were always hot or cold. The staff were rude. I could go on and on. If you want an 1800’s Olde English crappy experience, you are getting it. If you want comfort and cleanliness, so somewhere else.

The Inn had a special feel of olde England and was a fun experience. It is old and a little rundown. The staff were so accommodating. This is the place to stay in Branson for a good unique experience. Memories of the place you stayed and the price make this a fond memory.

All good!! As promised.

It was so unique. The staff was so personable. It was like staying in a BnB with all the amenities of a hotel. The restaurant's food and drinks were to DIE for & and we are serious foodies! The only I would fiss about were little things, there were no Kleenex in the room, and the "continental breakfast" was , well, a joke, really. But the character of the place made up for that! I'm definitely going back!

Our room was very cold all three nights. It's an old quaint Inn. The heating is just as old. The employees were great. The on-site restaurant was good. The cleanliness needs some work. With a little effort the place could be amazing.

I stayed over a week and they refused to change out the sheets even once.

Great stay. This hotel has a European feel. Rooms are small but plenty of room similar to some we have stayed in the UK. The pub in the hotel serves great food and staff was very friendly.

This property is in a beautiful area with amazing charm and hospitality. I will be going back 😻

Just not happy with the overall stay. The room was not clean, and had a weird odor. The pictures appeared better than in real life. Lots of noise outside of our room and noise from the street. The restaurant and bar must be really good, they were very busy. I would like to come back and try those, just not stay over night there.

it’s a piece if history that awesome, was out second stay.
Could have used a bit of heat in our room, quite chilly

Loved the area and atmosphere. Rooms were small but not a problem for the 2 of us. A little dusty in areas, bathrooms were really clean. Beds were super comfortable and clean.Train passing through was loud. Still would book again.

Nice to have a restaurant in the building. Room was clean but no drain plug-in sink and shower dripped constantly. The worst thing was the bed mattress, way to soft. Was told there would be fruit and danish with the coffee upstairs. Only coffee.

We have stayed here many times. This time the temperature was not regulated well. One cannot control temp in room, but that has always been the case. Could not get a call back from number provided and staff was not as friendly as in the past.

Facility was convenient for us. Room was small, but nice. Food was wonderful.

This was one of the funnest stays I’ve ever had in the Branson area. This little Inn was about as cute as they come and we will for sure stay again! I will say that if you’re a warm sleeping bring a travel fan because you cannot control the ac in your room.

This restored hotel is a historic treasure.

Very quiet, quaint and cozy hotel just outside of Branson. Only negative was the water wasn’t very hot for a long period.

We were promised a room on the second floor during a conversation with staff immediately following our online booking. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was told there were no rooms available on the 2nd floor. However, we saw few guests during our stay.
Booking sites list 'Breakfast included', which in my experience means a hot breakfast. When it's a Continental Breakfast, it is listed as such. When friends checked in and inquired when breakfast would be served, they were told, "When it gets put out." When they asked how long breakfast would be served, they were told, "Until they take it away." Breakfast was Continental and difficult to find. Their room was not clean. Ours was satisfactory. The 2 staff members I encountered briefly were friendly but not accommodating to satisfy the promise of a 2nd floor room. Yes, I knew there was no elevator but with bad knees I was counting on the 2nd floor.

Loved this property! The room was a little small but the bed was very comfortable. Loved the restaurant and the staff was fantastic!

The bed and Bathrooms are very small. A large guy like me could not use them very well, and the bed appeared to be a double. Again, very hard to sleep in for a large guy like me.

A very quaint, historic Inn. I wasn't looking to stay at an all-amenity motel, so I enjoyed The Old English immensely. The property provided easy access to a walking trail, a convenience store and a restaurant. I felt safe and secure. Staff was wonderful to work with. Thank you!

Stayed here for our anniversary. We loved the inn! Staff was super nice and always easy to find. Our room was really clean and everything was functional. We have always wanted to stay here even though we only live 30 minutes away. I’m so glad we did. The restaurant was amazing! We will definitely be back one day!!

Concierge was outstanding. Checking in and out was a breeze. Quaint, historical inn. Grand staircase. There are multiple common lounges. Our room was squeaky clean. The temperature was very comfortable even though the weather fluctuated from 49 to 81. This is our second stay, and we will return.
After checkout the front desk called to to say they had found some jewelry I had mistakenly left in our room. They will mail it to me. Honest, thorough housekeeping!

Very cute, Bed mattress was worn out. Didn’t sleep well at all. Very small. Bathroom door needed oiled. Overall trip was a C.

Great little place to stay just outside of Branson. Historic vibe.

I picked this hotel because of all the videos i saw of it on social media. This hotel has beautiful decor and and a great pub attached to it. Now if quaint and cozy rooms arent your prefence then this isnt the place for you. They may be on the smaller side but they are clean and the beds are comfortable. We loved staying here and will definitely be back!

This was a weekend get away for us. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Having the restaurant/bar right there was very convenient. Just overall a nice stay. Will definitely be back!

No daily maid service, not even fresh towels. No elevator

Enjoyed our stay there. The only thing I would recommend is I know it is an old hotel. The carpet in the upstairs could have been cleaned. But it is a great old inn.

What a cute, quaint inn! Convenient restaurant inside inn. Rooms reflected eclectic feel of this inn. The only smidge of a complaint is that our room was cold and drafty. Will absolutely stay again next time in Branson area.

Check in took a while just waiting for someone to come to the front desk. Room was not the cleanest, and the walls are very thin, so can be noisy if your neighbors are loud. Staff was cordial, but not overly friendly, but that's ok. Great price and a nice atmosphere, but i will stay elsewhere next time.

Out of the hustle and bustle of Branson strip but close enough to get places. Great service no elevator so keep that in mind. Room was too cold but they gave use extra blankets and plush bathrobes. Nice restaurant/pub right next door.

Out stay was great! Friendly service, great atmosphere, the rooms were much smaller than I expected. But overall a great trip

Our only negative comment is there is no elevator, however the front deck person gladly carried my luggage up the stairs. What a gentleman. I so enjoyed talking to Stacy, she gad some good recommendations on places to eat.
