Fantastic property, location and team. The staff was so helpful and the rides to and from the train station were very greatly appreciated!

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment as a family, it’s well appointed and in a great location in upper Hirafu, very close to dinning options and ski hire and shops. The property managers can arrange a pick up on arrival and provide a daily shuttle if you don’t want to make the short walk to the ski lifts.

Walking distance to ace family lift, small supermarket, bus stops. Next to bar which was very noisy sometimes until 2am

Kiseki was great! Short walk to the lifts and Hirafu restaurants. The free shuttle from the bus stop was a nice treat. Perfect condo for 3 or 4. My friend complained about his mattress in the bunk bed, but other than that, this place was superb.
