Great location

There was a putrid smell on first floor when existing lift - garbage Shute does not close properly letting smell into the area. Unit needs maintenance shelf in shower almost falling off, towel rail falling off. Garbage outside in large waste bins overflowing and smelly.

One of the best experience i had. Looking forward to book with you again.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment itself was pretty good but it backed on to the main road and it is very noisy at night time with all the traffic. I could not believe the windows and doors were not double glazed which would block a lot more noise out. It is a fantastic location and the gated community was really nice. Short walk to the Coles and the local tavern. Such a shame some thought wasn’t put into minimising the road noise.

Good location and layout. Small items in the apartment need to be fixed / replaced ( knobs on fan switches missing, toilet roll holders in upstairs bathrooms, cushion on outside hanging chair ). Could not access the WiFi. TV was not a smart TV, and could not watch most of the digital channels. Toilet in ensuite bathroom wouldn’t flush most of the time. Fridge didn’t get very cold. Overall cleanliness was OK, but could do with a decent bond clean to bring it back up to scratch.

Position was excellent close to all amenities

Only stayed one night. Apartment was clean and tidy.

Location was very convenient for us. Assistance from admin was excellent. Unit was spacious and comfortable. The only criticism I have is that the cushion on the courtyard swing chair was damaged with the stuffing coming out in several places and no wi-fi access.

We had a 2 week stay in the 3 Br Townhouse which was perfect size for our party. Check in was done via the office and check out was simply leaving the keys in the provided box. The facilities were good - although it wasn't clear on how to turn the oven on ... we eventually figured out the switch was on the powerpoint near the stovetop. Don't expect much from the TV - it's cheap trash and the website indicated that the unit had a DVD player but it didn't. If you're relying on these to enjoy your holiday, you're probably missing the point. Our unit also had access to WiFi which was great. Same as a lot of other reviews, the beds are incredibly soft and the pillows very thin - bring your own if you're in a position to do so. The unit didn't have a broom to be able to sweep the living room area - called the office and they arranged for a vacuum cleaner to be left for us. The few gripes were minor in regards to the overall experience. Great value for money and the location was central to everything we needed. We felt very safe within the gated community. Thanks Peninsula - we'd happily come back if we need this size property again.

It was convenient for a work trip.

We found this property fantastic for our family. Great location, clean and good facilities. Only thing we noticed was the noise coming from the adjoining property.

Worst booking i have done apartment wasn’t really clean a lot should be done about cleanliness and also had no supplies to start off with. How can the apartment have no spare rubbish plastics even dishwashing liquid not even a $2 salt 😂😂. Actually gave me doubts if the bed sheets were clean. To make matters worse TV wasn’t working requested for a replacement and was promised one but had to contend with a broken TV all weekend. The only plus was that Coles is within walking distance other than that booking elsewhere would have been better.

The property kept in touch with me regarding check ins and were very helpful. The townhouse was big, quiet and modern. There was very easy access to the supermarket and I felt very safe in the gated community.

Room was facing road, main bedroom has balcony and big window facing a very noisy road. At night some sport cars and motorcycles racing and you just can sleep. Room was clean however smelled bad of chemicals made me very chesty. Lady on reception was very rude and not helpful. They switch phone after 5pm and if you need anything you will only get reply next morning. Also there are lots of new development around and construction starts at 7am, not peaceful at all. Would not recommend at all.

Property itself is good and new condition, however the furniture could use and upgrade, bed frame was incredibly noisy. Loud roadside too. Hosts were helpful and explained everything well.

Apartment was clean and tidy. But the House phone (Intercom) never worked. I had to drive to the gate to open it for my visitors. Maintenance or management wasn't aware of this. Uber eats guy had to call security to open the gate. Maintenance Guy came to fix the Intercom issue but couldn't. *****Five Stars for his visit within few minutes! Apartment was next to the main road and was noisy (no double-glazed windows), broke my sleep around 5.30am every morning. I don't recommend apartment 5228 Harbourview Drive.

It was a not easy to gain entry, we had to go to another property to pick up a key.

The house was in good condition, apart from a lose door hinge in the walk in robe and a band aid stuck to the balustrade it was overall in very good condition. The location was perfect. Walking distance to all we needed. Very safe and secure area with visible security presence. I have recommended to friends.
