It’s clean & spacious. The staff are AMAZING!! I arrived with flu & there was no pharmacy open and the Receptionist named Lucija gave me her own personal Paracetamol that saved me from headache and pain. She even went to her locker to give me medicine. Please extend my thank you to Lucija for going above and beyond for a great customer service! Also the chef Klim at the restaurant was always helpful & kind, the event’s entertainers ROMAN, Lisa & Alexandra made our holiday even more fun with the activities everyday and the girls made evening super fun!! I’ve asked them to wear dress with me and we did!! The staff I mentioned are real asset to your company - please give them credit they deserved thank you made our family so so happy! Also CAKES are great!!

Apart from the cakes that are delicious, some of The food is not so good. Vegetables are overcooked. The food really needs improving.

Es war perfekt und jederzeit zu empfehlen. Wir waren um 11.15 wie angekündigt da und die Zimmer waren fertig! Die Mitarbeiter und das Management sind außerordentlich freundlich und haben eine hervorragende Harmonie untereinander, was sich in ihrer Arbeitsweise widerspiegelt. Das Essen ist hervorragend, man sollte allerdings nur kommen, wenn alles warm ist, dann fallen auch die negativen Kommentare macher wohl nie zufriedener Gäste weg. Auch der von überall vorhandene Meerblick war sehr wohltuend. Wir kommen, wenn immer möglich, wieder.

Man sollte eigentlich nichts erwähnen, weil es so gut war. Wenn dann hat den Kindern die Cola überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Aber sie hatten ja genügend Möglichkeiten zur Auswahl.

Absolutely terrible. We arrived around 10 PM exhausted from the meetings and road. We weren't let into our rooms for about half an hour, debating the way we reserved our stay via Booking and so on. Rooms nothing to write home about, definitely not worth the price, but we were there just overnight. Breakfast typical hotel stuff, plenty of everything and nothing groundbreaking, it was probably the best part. After breakfast we went to our rooms to pick up our stuff and leave, but to our surprise none of us could enter the room. The maid let us in, commenting that probably the reception already did a check-out for our rooms and our entry cards were no longer valid. It could have been anyones room she let us in, so much for security. All of this I could understand, but real horror started at a check-out. It took the receptionist around 15 minutes to get our subject (our company) into the system to release the invoice. Tourist taxes needed to be paid in two separate invoices for the 4 of us, which wouldn't be a problem if she wasn't working in super slow-mo. I was swiftly declined when I asked for a receipt for the accomodation, reason being it was booked and paid via Booking. I was at the end of my patience so I didn't want to get into further discussion. Also, she forgot to return our ID-s, so we nearly left the town before we realised and returned. It took me around 3 weeks after the visit to get the receipt with the VAT-ID of our company, after a series of awkward calls where I almost never got through to the person I needed. On their official visit-card, there is a phone number which reaches a hotel in entirely different region of Croatia, for instance. This pain was reliefed finally when the head of reception got to me, I got the receipt the other day. Barely any appology or anything. Never ever am I booking a Remisens hotel anymore, thanks Albatros (staff).

Very nice resort. Friendly and accommodating staff. Close to airport. Very good facilities and clean, comfortable room.

Checking in was unusually slow. Here they could upgrade to a more modern and quicker system.

Bar next to the pool closes at 6 pm and the lobby bar was too far away from outside seating. Depending the staff the quality of drinks differed.

Just next to the beach. Close to town cavtat. Activities keep the guest and kids entertained.

Pool towels can only be returned at certain times, which you easily miss. So have to take them all back to room.

Staff not very helpful. I’m still waiting for my refund they don’t give it yet .

Everything was absolutely perfect! Hotel is super located, rooms are great, view from balcony is astonishing and food is excellent. Outdoor pools are super refreshing and great for kids. Hotel Staff is extremly friendly, this is the first time ever in Croatia that fresh fruits and bottled water have been waiting for us in our room when we arrived, nice touch. We arrived few hours before our check-in, but it was not a problem, our room was already cleaned up and ready. All in all, super positive experience, would highly recommend and of course would like to come again.
