Die Lage war ideal. Höher gelegen und ruhig. Frühstück genau was es brauchte und gut. Die Zimmer sauber, auch der Eindruck im ganzen Hotel. Das Personal freundlich und flexibel. Konnten kurzfristig um einen Tag verlängern.

Sehr schön renovierte Zimmer mit grossem Balkon - das Badezimmer ist nicht gerade auf dem neusten Stand - aber sehr sauber. Die Sauna ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr geschätzt haben wir das absolut faire Preis/Leistungsverhältnis (im März - Nebensaison). Das Nachtessen im angrenzenden Restaurant war ein absoluter Volltreffer - feinste Küche! Ebenso aufgefallen ist uns das freundliche Receptionspersonal - BRAVO!

Everything was fantastic. The room was really cosy. Great breakfast. Only a 10 min walk to the train station and ski lift. There was a shuttle bus every morning and evening to the ski lifts. Highly recommend

Quite hot in the rooms, would have been good to have temperature control.

Great breakfast, clean, spacious and modern single room. Efficient and quick check-in and check-out. Restaurant downstairs is also very nice with friendly service.

Staff is visibly unhappy although always courteous. No waxing table in the ski room.

They initially asked me to pay extra even though I had paid in full through Booking. When I checked, they'd increased the room rate by 10 Euros per room. Took a while to clear it up but go there in the end.

Location. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Small room. No temperature control in the room; radiators were cold and so was the room (mid October). Except for omelet/boiled eggs breakfast buffet was all cold (some cheese, cold cuts, cereals etc)
