We stayed five nights at this property, and it was lovely. The place is clean and well maintained, with a bedroom (huge bed!), large bathroom, and comfy livingroom that has a sideboard that functions as a kitchen. You have to do some exploring in the cupboards to find everything you need, but it's all there! Because the rooms are located at the front of a house, there were some unexpected (but unintrusive) noises and voices from people using the rear of the house. If this might bother you, this place might not be the best fit for you. The local IGA and Cataract Gorge are within walking distance, but Launceston is hilly, so if you do not have good fitness and mobility, or you want to explore further afield, transport is a must. The host is a wonderful communicator and has set this place up to be very comfortable. She has provided lots of little extras that you might enjoy (read: coffee machine!). Thank you, Judy! It’s a gorgeous place to stay and not far from the airport or any of the shops. Only 4 minutes from cataract Gorge. Great amount of space for the two of use. I definitely recommend staying here
